Bring past clients back to your business

Clients who haven’t returned in a while are at risk of losing interest or switching to a competitor. Giving them a reason to return at the right time can remind them of their positive experience and encourage them to come back.

Step 1: Access the “We Miss You” template

  • Navigate to “Journeys” in the left-hand menu
  • Find the “We Miss You Journey” template, click the three-dot menu, and “Edit” to adjust content as desired 

Step 2: Activate your journey

  • Click “Activate” to start sending automated emails to clients who haven’t visited within your selected timeframe (30 days for fitness businesses; 60 days for salons and spas)
