Remind first-time clients to book again

After a client's first visit, their experience with your business is fresh in their mind. Reach out at this time to gather feedback, address any concerns, and make them feel valued as a client.

Step 1: Access “Post First Visit Journey” template

  • Navigate to “Journeys” in the left-hand menu
  • Find the “Post First Visit Journey” template, click the three-dot menu, and “Edit” to adjust content as desired

Step 2: Activate the journey

  • Click “Activate” to start engaging clients automatically 

Take it further: Celebrate your clients' 10th visit—simply replicate these steps, but activate the “10 visits” journey instead.
