Step 1: Access “Post First Visit Journey” template
- Navigate to “Journeys” in the left-hand menu
- Find the “Post First Visit Journey” template, click the three-dot menu, and “Edit” to adjust content as desired
Step 2: Activate the journey
- Click “Activate” to start engaging clients automatically
Take it further: Celebrate your clients' 10th visit—simply replicate these steps, but activate the “10 visits” journey instead.
