Rated 4 out of 5 by great product, could use some improvements I use MB "Solo" level. I have used MB for YEARS. I've helped run gyms with it, start gyms with it, and now I own my own private studio and use it. I've used the most complex level of MB and now I'm using the most basic level. I am so grateful to have a product like mindbody to help me keep track of my business. I can't believe I ever ran my business without it. When I started working independently I kept chirping at MB reps to create a product for small independent business owners like myself. It finally came around and after the got the pricing right, I was so excited! It really improved my scheduling & my ability to track session counts. All that, said, there is the HOWEVER. . . there are a few things I'd love to see improved with Mindbody to make me a better business owner, allow me to have more business, and in turn, give MB more business! My wishlist for MB: * improve waitlist component - I wish waitlist option was more intuitive, e.g. that when someone waitlists, if the schedule opens up, it shows up on the schedule as requested or notifies myself that someone is waiting for it. something! I miss waitlists all the time. * I know you're working on it, but I think the APP needs some functional improvements, e.g. you could see schedule requests, waitlists from your phone. MB is way better on the desktop than on the phone, however, as a personal trainer, I'm rarely on my desktop * upgrade for the little people - I would like a few more features, but to upgrade from the "solo" level to "pro" is too big of a jump for me. I will always be a one person business but I'm always looking to grow it. I wish that solo was set up more to help me build/grow/improve my business so that I can give mindbody more business! e.g. I loved the "low session count" emails I use to have access to. This kept myself and my clients on top of it. Helped my business renew organically. Now, I have to manually (and weekly) go into each account to see where people fall off. Knowing people have low session counts in advance gives me an upperhand in renewing the sale. Spending time manually looking thru each account to figure that out is tedious. Also, I'd love to have some options for marketing or touching base with old clients e.g. an auto email that goes out when "haven't seen you in 30 days! . . " or an auto SMS that makes it seem like a personal outreach from me. Having 2 way SMS options as an independant business owner would make me seem so much more personable that auto generated emails. First of all "solo" level advertises 10 reports. I currently only have 7. Not sure where the other 3 are?? I'd also love the option to choose which 10 reports I can have, and that are relevant for me. I currently only use 1 of the 7 reports that I have access to. July 17, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by I wouldn't hesitate to recommend... The customer service and attentiveness is better than excellent. Whenever I have any issues, whether it range from a simple question to a more complex technical issue, they respond that same day, within minutes, at the most 3 hours. Thank you for that. Three features I love: 1) The text and email reminder system...this helps to keep my clients accountable. And if I ever make a scheduling mistake, we know before the client shows up. We are easily able to communicate to fix it. 2) The Google Calendar integration. THANK YOU. One calendar for everything, work and personal. Thank you! Did I say thank you? 3) Integration with Constant Contact...makes communication seamless, as it keeps track of all the emails. November 6, 2013

In the rapid moving fitness industry it sometimes becomes difficult to wear several different hats in an attempt to grow your business. Mindbody has allowed me to focus on the skills that I need in order to be a great trainer while they focus on keeping me organized with their mastery of the business side of the industry. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great program for any size business! Rather you have a very small business with few employees or a much larger business, Mindbody is a great and dependable system to use. I enjoy the ease of navigating between screens while working with clients' information. The most notable benefit of this program is the effort that is put towards improving the program. When modifications are made to the software I am given the option to read about the changes, watch a video demonstration of the improvements in action, and then decide if I want to upgrade or not. I feel like I am in complete control of this program! October 29, 2013
