Support doesn't stop once you're live either. Our AI Assistant provides instant, around-the-clock answers whenever you need them—no waiting on hold. If you'd rather learn at your pace, our Learning Center offers on-demand tutorials and trainings, and our support center has step-by-step instructions for every feature. There's no setup fee on any Mindbody plan.

The Mindbody app is an exclusive marketplace available to Mindbody customers on all software plans. It provides businesses a marketing channel seen by 3M+ consumers searching for fitness, beauty, and wellness services—exposure and reach no other software provides.

Listing your business on the Mindbody app is free. If an existing client books through the app, came through a tracked referral link, or identifies you as how they found your business, there's no fee for their booking. A fee applies only when the app delivers a client you wouldn't have received otherwise. The fee is 20%, capped at $30 (or 30 in local currency), and only on the first purchase for someone new to your business. Every booking after the first is commission-free. This is a fraction of what most businesses typically spend to acquire a new client through paid marketing, and unlike ad spend, you only pay when it results in a booked client.

Yes, Mindbody offers integrated payment processing available on every plan through Mindbody Payments. Businesses that use Mindbody Payments see advantages with seamless client checkouts, card-on-file transactions, industry-leading security, and payment features built to grow and protect revenue like automatic recurring membership charges and enforceable cancellation policies.

Mindbody Payments is not required. You can use Mindbody software with a separate payment provider of your choice as well.

Yes, booking confirmations and reminders by email and text are included on the Accelerate plan and above.

Want full email and text marketing campaigns? The Ultimate plan includes automated email and text marketing, with a monthly text bundle. Need more? Additional texts are a fraction of a cent (or local equivalent) each, so scaling up your marketing never means a surprise bill.

Beyond your base subscription plan, you can add extra services as your business needs them, such as a branded app, your own custom app with your logo and colors, to drive repeat bookings and higher client spend. You get unlimited users per location. Unlike other software, you aren't charged per user—we don't charge more as you build your team. Your subscription price increases based on adding new locations and not adding new people to existing locations.

• Accelerate upgrades your day-to-day operations with booking, scheduling, payments, advanced reporting, and operational controls.
• Ultimate optimizes your growth with booking, scheduling, payments, advanced reporting, operational controls, marketing automation, and analytics.

Our recommendation: Ultimate. It gives you the most value up front plus room to grow, without needing to upgrade plans later.

Your exact 'go-live' timeline can be shorter or longer based on a few things, like how quickly you can meet with us, share your setup details, and provide any data to move over. More complex businesses—multiple locations, lots of staff, or detailed pricing and services—may need extra time.
