Founder Sónia Silva never set out to open a studio. She was content teaching quietly, without fanfare. "If you ask me, I would never go out and open a studio. I would rather do it at home… no stress," she shared. But her clients encouraged her to expand. Recently named a lululemon ambassador, Sónia is focused on elevating Fusion Fit's presence within Macau's premium fitness & wellness ecosystem. Looking ahead, she's open to deeper collaboration within the regional fitness world and sharing her experience as Mindbody expands its offerings locally.
