Rated 4 out of 5 by Overall this service has freed me up in my practice to offer convenience for my clients to book and pay online. By being able to offer my clients a generally good convenient online service for booking appointments, I am able to focus on individual clients offering them the best services, which in turn has been allowing my practice to grow. I say generally good because at times the system updates seem to have caused hiccups and both myself and clients have reported they were unable to book online. When I inquire about these, I don't always feel I get a full answer. One of my pet peeves is that when the team sends me an email to say there is an update, or when we are on a call and they are fixing something, they don't email or contact me to tell me that it is working correctly again. I value customer service and really feel this is an area that would benefit some more attention to from the teams. Otherwise, I am very happy to have introduced the services and look forward to growing my business. March 17, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by MB has been an asset to my business When I took on the task of starting my own massage practice, I had so many business questions to consider. The one tool that at first glance seemed like a luxury, today has become a necessity. In the first 7 months of my business I have become very comfortable using my Mindbody site, and it has become a very important way for me to manage my scheduling, especially when helping people be able to schedule, even when I am not available to talk to them personally The feedback from folks has also been good. I ran a Groupon, and my volume was pretty high. Being able to invite people to use the site to schedule was extremely valuable. My only note would be to maybe make it easier for folks, who have purchased from a second party to schedule. Some folks were concerned about having to put in their cc info, when they were going to be paying with the Groupon. Also, I am an android user, and have been waiting for the android app. I would like to start integrating the merchant side of MB more. (really at all). Overall, my experience has been good. I have already referred a friend to MB. I actually received some kind of $ for this referral, but to be honest I am not even sure where or on what I can spend it. December 2, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by I am a sole proprietor and I don't believe I needed all the complicated software just so I could sell gift certificates online. Working for my self and being very busy to where I need people to be able to purchase gift certificates online. It has been a HUGE expense for a start up small business and I'm regretting going with MindBody. I can't even get simple things like online Gift Certificates bar code to read or scan with my MindBody Scanner. Very frustrated and I am truly regretful for invested all this money only for my like to get more complicated. February 2, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by User-Centered Design & Ease-Of Use Expertise is Needed I am 100% dependant on MBO to run my business. And it's relatively decent. But it's obvious that this product has not undergone much User-Centered Design & Ease-Of Use Testing. There are tabs launching windows. Columns cannot sort. Tags are not editable. Pages within the tool cannot be referenced externally. Reports cannot be customized. And this dependency on Java to print receipts is very bad. The metaphor for the overall experience is broken in a number of places in such a way that it seems like you've just got software engineers making decisions on where to put links and controls to various functions. I am not a designer. But I've worked on dozens of software implementation projects along side designers, and I can tell the difference between product that's been well-tested, and those which have not. January 17, 2014
