By being able to offer my clients a generally good convenient online service for booking appointments, I am able to focus on individual clients offering them the best services, which in turn has been allowing my practice to grow.
I say generally good because at times the system updates seem to have caused hiccups and both myself and clients have reported they were unable to book online. When I inquire about these, I don't always feel I get a full answer. One of my pet peeves is that when the team sends me an email to say there is an update, or when we are on a call and they are fixing something, they don't email or contact me to tell me that it is working correctly again. I value customer service and really feel this is an area that would benefit some more attention to from the teams. Otherwise, I am very happy to have introduced the services and look forward to growing my business.

Mindbody is a great business partner. I still am waiting for a better text/sms and email notifications for booking online. Overall, it is a very good tool and easy to use.

When I took on the task of starting my own massage practice, I had so many business questions to consider. The one tool that at first glance seemed like a luxury, today has become a necessity. In the first 7 months of my business I have become very comfortable using my Mindbody site, and it has become a very important way for me to manage my scheduling, especially when helping people be able to schedule, even when I am not available to talk to them personally
The feedback from folks has also been good. I ran a Groupon, and my volume was pretty high. Being able to invite people to use the site to schedule was extremely valuable. My only note would be to maybe make it easier for folks, who have purchased from a second party to schedule. Some folks were concerned about having to put in their cc info, when they were going to be paying with the Groupon.
Also, I am an android user, and have been waiting for the android app. I would like to start integrating the merchant side of MB more. (really at all).
Overall, my experience has been good. I have already referred a friend to MB. I actually received some kind of $ for this referral, but to be honest I am not even sure where or on what I can spend it.
