Upon implementation of a qualifying 12-month Mindbody Ultimate Plus core software plan, eligible customers will receive a monthly core software subscription discount valued at up to $5,000 (USD or local currency equivalent) over 12 months, per eligible paying location, as determined in Mindbody's sole discretion and dependent on business type*. Subscription discounts apply only to core software plan cost. To remain eligible, customers must maintain their Ultimate Plus plan and remain in good standing for their initial 12-month contract term. Offer is available only during the offer period to current ClassPass Partners in the U.S. and Canada with no prior or existing Mindbody account or subscription.

Offer Savings Breakdown
For Fitness businesses with a Mindbody Ultimate Plus core software plan, the maximum savings per eligible paying location is a 55% monthly discount rate (valued at up to $5,000 worth of discounts over 12 months).
For Wellness businesses with a Mindbody Ultimate Plus core software plan, the maximum savings per eligible paying location is a 50% monthly discount rate (valued at up to $3,600 worth of discounts over 12 months).

Upon implementation of a qualifying 12-month Mindbody Ultimate Plus core software plan and satisfaction of initial payment obligations, eligible customers will receive a one-time payment of up to $2,000 (USD or local currency equivalent), per eligible paying location, as determined in Mindbody's sole discretion. Applicable maximum bonus amounts for each currency are set out in the Bonus Amount by Currency Table below. Eligible customers who sign up for any other plan type may be eligible for a reduced maximum bonus amount. To remain eligible, customers must maintain their selected plan and remain in good standing with Mindbody and ClassPass for their initial 12-month contract term. Offer is available only during the offer period to current ClassPass Partners outside the U.S. and Canada with no prior or existing Mindbody account or subscription.
