Better control for Family Accounts
Clients can now change the account owner themselves directly in the Consumer Account Portal. This update improves the family experience by giving clients more control to manage ownership assignments—like switching the owner from one parent to another or correcting when a child account was set up as the parent. This saves staff time on manual updates and enhances account security.
Lead Management speeds up new lead capture with Google Ads integration
Bring your Google Ads leads straight into your sales pipeline—no third-party tools or manual work required. With this new integration, leads captured through Google Ads lead form automatically appear in your Lead Management pipeline in real time, so you can follow up faster and convert more prospects into paying clients. Setup is simple, with just two quick steps to get started.
Stay compliant and transparent with improved contract renewal emails
Contract-related emails now have improved transparency, improving the client experience around renewals and cancellations. These changes are compliant with new California laws.
Tags like "Click here to cancel," "Contact us," and "Contract recurring amount" are now available for use in contract renewal reminder emails. You can also choose to send renewal notifications 15 days in advance to meet updated legal requirements.
These features are optional and fully configurable, so you can customize how and when contract details are shared without changing your existing email templates.
Easily collect franchise fees in euros with Mindbody Payments
Our franchise fees tool now supports fee collection in euros, expanding flexibility for international networks. This new feature allows you to automatically calculate franchise fees, deduct them from your network, and deposit them directly into your bank account.
Streamline client profile data at cross-regional locations
You can now manage client info—like name, address, and phone number—from a single, centralized profile at your multi-studio business. When a client's profile is updated, those changes automatically sync across every studio in your cross-regional setup where that client exists. This keeps data consistent and accurate across locations, helps prevent duplicate profiles, and saves your staff time by removing the need for manual updates.
Clients pay later and you get paid now with Klarna
Offer clients flexible payments with Klarna, now available on the Mindbody app, branded web, and branded app. You can enable Klarna anytime from the new Payment Methods page in your Payments Portal. The portal also allows you to view, accept, or challenge disputes from Klarna within the Disputes tab.
