November 2025
Move multiple leads at once in your Sales Pipeline
Move multiple leads at once between stages or pipelines within the same studio—making it faster to organize your Sales Pipeline in Lead Management. Task history stays intact, automations still run, and associated follow-up tasks and staff assignments remain unchanged as the leads move, so your pipeline stays clean and accurate with less manual work.
Easily manage sales pipeline triggers across all locations
In Lead Management, you can now manage triggers on the sales pipeline dashboard from one central site. Corporate admins can set up automation rules once and apply them across all locations with a single click—saving time, reducing manual setup, and keeping everything consistent. It's a faster, easier way to streamline sales pipeline management companywide.
Skip the wait with self-serve payment hardware
Mindbody Payments customers in the US can now order payment terminals directly from the Payments Portal in your software, without contacting Sales. This new self-service option makes it quick and simple to get the hardware you need, so you can start accepting payments faster.
October 2025
Generate more appointment revenue with online add-ons

Clients can now book add-ons themselves through the Mindbody app (iOS) or your branded web widgets. To take advantage of this update, make sure your add-ons are clearly named, linked to an appointment service, and tied to the correct pricing options.
Fill appointment cancellations automatically
With Waitlist Automation, clients on your waitlist will automatically be notified about open spots via text. Once you enable the feature, it will run automatically—your schedule updates itself.
Available only for US customers with SMS enabled.
Expanded character limits for key text fields
We've increased the character limit for several text input fields—now supporting up to 200,000 characters (a 5x increase). This gives teams more flexibility when adding detailed content like waiver terms, client notes, and service descriptions.
Updated fields include appointment and product online descriptions, contract agreement terms, liability waivers, and more.
See activation date for unpaid cross-regional visits
When handling unpaid cross-regional visits, staff can now see the activation date for each available pricing option before selecting how to apply payment. This makes it easier to choose the right option, reduces mistakes, and helps keep visits running smoothly across locations.

Save your most-used Analytics 2.0 dashboards

You can now save your favorite views in any Analytics 2.0 dashboard, so it's faster to get to the data you use most. Customize to match how your team works, then easily return to the same filters and metrics without starting from scratch.
More user-friendly appointment overview page
A refreshed Appointments overview page makes it easier to manage services, appointments, staff, and pricing all in one place. With faster navigation, improved visibility, and more control, the entire experience is more user-friendly than ever.
More control over unpaid bookings for limited memberships
If you offer limited memberships—like 3 classes per week or 10 per month—you can now restrict unpaid bookings to match what each client's autopay contract allows. For example, someone on a 3-class plan can reserve up to 3 future classes. If they try to book more, they'll be prompted to purchase a drop-in or upgrade their membership. Turn this setting on in your Booking and Sign-In Policies to reduce unpaid bookings and protect your revenue.
