- How do I know if I qualify for this service?
We are able to offer this website service to all current U.S. Mindbody customers, unless you provide prenatal, children's, or medical services.
- Is there a cost for my website?
No. Your website is completely free as long as you remain a Mindbody or Booker customer. There are no ongoing costs.
- What does the website include?
A fully built, modern, mobile-friendly website with embedded Mindbody widgets-optimized to convert visitors into bookings. Your schedule, services, and staff info flow directly from your Mindbody account.
- What is not included?
We are not able to offer full design freedom or fully bespoke website at this time. Features like animations and videos are not available.
- What if I want to make changes to my website?
You can submit feedback and we'll work with you to get it right. After the initial launch, updates are available once per quarter unless it's a business-critical change. Changes to things like staff and schedules can be managed directly inside Mindbody and will automatically update on your website.
- What if I leave Mindbody?
Since Mindbody designed and developed the website, it's considered Mindbody property. We will register the domain under your name, but the website design will stay with Mindbody. This is similar to other platforms that provide websites as part of their service.
- Can I directly edit my website?
Not at this time, but we are actively exploring self-service editing capabilities for the future. In the meantime, you can request changes with your Website Specialist-after the initial design iteration is done, you can request one design change per quarter after launch. We will be able to update any business critical changes as requested. Please try to consolidate your requests in one doc or one email to the reps.

About the Website
- Are the websites SEO and AEO optimized?
Yes-basic SEO optimizations are included by default: meta tags, structured data for your business type, semantic HTML, image alt text, and lazy loading. Your site is also set up to be indexed by all major search engines like Google and Bing. We optimize the foundational signals AI crawlers look at (clean semantic HTML, structured data, clear factual content, llms.txt where appropriate), but visibility in AI answers also depends on your site being cited or referenced elsewhere on the web.
That said, technical SEO setup doesn't guarantee rankings-actual search visibility depends on content quality, competition, backlinks, and ongoing optimization. AEO is a fast-evolving space and no provider can guarantee inclusion in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.).- Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes! You'll need to configure it through your domain provider. Please reach out to us for step-by-step instructions.
- What information do you need to get started?
At minimum, we need your business name, address, and phone number. It's also helpful to share any social media pages or existing online presence you may have.
