We offer a customized website to any Mindbody or Booker customer. 

Customized Websites is available in the following countries and regions: Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Please note that localization options may vary by region, and support hours for some locations may be more limited.

We are NOT able to offer this to businesses that provide prenatal, children's, or medical services.

No. Your website is completely free as long as you remain a Mindbody or Booker customer. There are no ongoing costs.

A fully built, modern, mobile-friendly website with a branded booking experience. Your schedule, services, and staff info flow directly from your Mindbody or Booker account.

We are not able to offer full design freedom or a fully bespoke website at this time. Features like animations and videos are not available. We are not able to offer fully localized sites in languages other than English. AI-translated sites are possible but we do not have full localization support.

You can submit feedback, and we'll work with you to get it right. After launch, updates are available once per quarter. Staff and schedule changes can be made directly in Mindbody or Booker and will automatically appear on your website. Urgent requests or changes that may impact your business will be handled upon request.

Since Mindbody designed and developed the website, it's considered Mindbody property. We will register the domain under your name, but the website design will stay with Mindbody. This is similar to other platforms that provide websites as part of their service.

Not at this time, but we are actively exploring self-service editing capabilities for the future. In the meantime, you can request changes with your Website Specialist—after launch, you can request one design change per quarter. We will be able to update any business critical changes as requested. Please try to consolidate your requests in one doc or one email to the reps.

We'll purchase one domain per customer at no cost, once you confirm the URL. If you'd like to connect an existing domain that you own to the site, we're happy to help. This process may take extra time and require you to update your records with your current provider.

Domain-based email isn't included. If you already use email with your domain, we can help connect it to your new site.

If you leave Mindbody or Booker, the domain will remain registered in your name, and we'll help transfer billing to you.

Yes—basic SEO optimizations are included by default: meta tags, structured data for your business type, semantic HTML, image alt text, and lazy loading. Your site is also set up to be indexed by all major search engines like Google and Bing. We optimize the foundational signals AI crawlers look at (clean semantic HTML, structured data, clear factual content, llms.txt where appropriate), but visibility in AI answers also depends on your site being cited or referenced elsewhere on the web.

That said, technical SEO setup doesn't guarantee rankings—actual search visibility depends on content quality, competition, backlinks, and ongoing optimization. AEO is a fast-evolving space and no provider can guarantee inclusion in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.).

Yes! You'll need to configure it through your domain provider which could take 1-2 days. Please reach out to us for step-by-step instructions. As an alternative, we are happy to purchase and connect one domain for you free of charge.

At minimum, we need your business name, address, and phone number. It's also helpful to share any social media pages or existing online presence you may have.
