Mindbody supplier onboarding
Join the Coupa Supplier Portal and complete Mindbody’s Supplier Onboarding External Form to provide the required information for us to conduct business.
1. Join Coupa
Mindbody will send you an email requesting your company's supplier information. Please click the “Join Coupa Supplier Portal" button at the bottom of the message to move forward with the process.
2. Update your profile
Mindbody will send you emails from Coupa requesting you register and share your business information.
3. Create your business account
After you create an account with Coupa you will be asked to complete your Business Profile.
4. Provide your payment details
Complete your Business Profile with Account Details and Payment Information. After you complete your Business Profile you will be able to access Mindbody’s Supplier Onboarding External Form.
5. Locate the Onboarding Form
Go to Information Requests and complete the Mindbody’s Supplier Onboarding External Form. The form is where you can securely share your tax and bank info with Mindbody.
6. Complete the Onboarding Form
Fill in your Contact Information, Company Information, Payment Information, Tax Information, and Remit -To Information. Once complete, click “Submit for Approval” at bottom of form. Clicking “Save” will not share the form with Mindbody.
