In Attentive SMS and Email marketing, you can now market to "inactive" clients, making it easier to reconnect with guests who haven't visited in 24 months or more. Whether you're running win-back offers or long-term retention campaigns, you now have a clearer, more complete view of who you can reach, helping you drive more bookings from your existing client base.
Set staff availability faster with new defaults
We've improved staff availability settings to save you time and prevent unexpected scheduling gaps. Custom availability now defaults to two weeks instead of two years, to quickly set short-term schedules without extra clicks. Ongoing availability no longer expires behind the scenes, so your staff can stay on the schedule with no surprise interruptions.
These updates help streamline scheduling and reduce manual adjustments to your daily workflows.
The franchise fees tool will retry failed transactions
The franchise fees tool is even more reliable, automatically retrying transactions that fail due to insufficient funds. When funds become available, Mindbody will re-attempt the credit for you and clearly mark pending transactions in your franchise fees report. This gives you better visibility while helping reduce missed or delayed collections.
The result: smoother payouts, fewer interruptions, and more confidence in your franchise fee processing.
Manage pricing options faster with an updated corporate tool
The corporate pricing options tool now has a cleaner interface and smoother performance help you filter and sort pricing more easily, make bulk updates in fewer steps, and refresh data directly from studios to keep everything in sync. Adding, editing, and extending pricing options to new studios is also more streamlined.
See all your Mindbody Capital offers in one place
If you manage multiple locations and have Mindbody Capital funding offers, you can now view all your financing opportunities at a glance. By seeing your combined offers across all locations, you can get better big-picture visibility and more easily decide when and where to apply.

Book multiple services at once on branded web

Clients can now book more than one service at a time using the V2 branded web Appointments widget. No more checking out twice—they can add multiple services at a time, including services for their dependents, in one simple booking flow. It's faster for them and a great way to boost your revenue.
See availability by day and room on branded web
The V2 Schedule widget makes it easier for clients to browse and book. Available days are highlighted and days with no classes are grayed out, so your offerings are clear. You can also show which room each class takes place in, giving clients all the info they need to book with confidence.
Promote intro offers in the Mindbody app
Studios using promoted intro offers in the Mindbody app see up to 14× return on spend—and 33% of clients come back and spend more over time. Now, it's easier to promote these offers right when you create them. A clearer option on the Add a Pricing Option page makes setup simple, without digging through settings.
