- What is the ClassPass Guarantee?
We guarantee that ClassPass will drive incremental revenue to your business that you wouldn’t have seen otherwise—and we’ll prove it. Try ClassPass for 3 months. We’ll measure the revenue from the visits ClassPass sends you and from the conversions ClassPass gives you, and compare that amount against any revenue lost from customers you lose to ClassPass. If you lose more than you gain, we’ll write you a check for 2x the difference. (Terms apply.)
- Who is eligible?
To be eligible for the Guarantee, you must be an active Mindbody subscriber (not available for Booker customers at this time). Throughout the Guarantee period, you must have a signed agreement with ClassPass and be live on the platform for the the full 90 days.
The Guarantee period begins once you’ve received your fifth paid reservation from ClassPass.
