With real-time analytics at your fingertips—including how exactly clients are using the app and navigating your listing—you’ll be empowered to more efficiently engage with clients and grow your community.
Maximized revenue with ClassPass
ClassPass is designed to help you fill the spots that would otherwise go unfilled—with no extra effort or marketing. Recently, we launched stats on your ClassPass activity that you can view straight from your Mindbody Client Acquisition dashboard. This graph shows your total revenue and reservations made from ClassPass.
Speaking of revenue, we're so confident ClassPass + Mindbody will drive incremental revenue to your business, we launched the Classpass Guarantee. Here’s how it works: If ClassPass doesn't increase your revenue in 90 days, we'll write you a check for two times the difference.
Better visibility into your daily operations
Our new Owner Homepage provides you, the business owner, with a day-to-day glimpse of your operations. This single landing page displays key information with built-in notifications and metrics, so you can easily adjust as needed. Widgets include:
- Insights to track daily sales, clients served, and class capacity
- Notifications for expiring cards and intro offers, failed autopays, and previous day summaries
- Scheduling with previews of the day’s appointments

Simplified lead management
Lead Management is a fully integrated CRM that gives your staff the tools they need to nurture and convert prospective clients into long-term members. Last year, we added AI-powered lead scoring and automated lead progression to make the sales process even easier. Your team will spend less time and effort managing your sales pipeline. Plus, you’ll have access to even more accurate analytics.
Simple and transparent financing
We introduced Mindbody Capital, a new way to get capital to fund your fitness, beauty, or wellness business’s growth. Offers are 100% pre-approved, available right in your software. We now have offers live and in-software for over 20,000 US businesses and have already extended over $22 million in funding to help them grow. New (and improved) ways to spread the word
We created an easy way to reach prospective and existing customers who haven’t signed up for your email list yet. With Marketing Suite, you can generate a public URL for previously sent email campaigns and share on social channels or over text to get the word out about your studio.
Another exciting Marketing Suite addition: upgraded Smart Lists. You can now build lists of clients with expiring memberships or packages that are running low. Improved segmentation for your retention email campaigns and automations? Yes, please.
Personalized experiences for your fitness clients
Every month, consumers reserve about 32,000 spots in fitness classes alone. Now you and your staff can view, manage, and edit your clients’ reserved spots thanks to Mindbody's Pick a Spot feature. Pick a Spot lets clients easily reserve their favorite spot in class when they book—whether it’s a bike in the front row or a spot by the fan. After a simple greeting, they’re on their way to their best class experience.
