Is “consciously evolving” a trait or a state of being?

For IT Partnerships Manager Amanda Radakovich, the answer might just be both.

Amanda started out as an individual contributor at Mindbody before being promoted to a management role.

As part of her transition to management, Amanda completed both the Aspiring and the Emerging Leaders Talent Development programs, which adds up to nearly 100 training hours. 😯

But for Amanda, it’s not enough to develop her own career; she also invests her time and attention in others.

“She's a people-first leader,” says Marketing Technology Manager Bonnie Perry. “She helps her team find the path that’s right for them, while simultaneously moving the company forward, no matter the complexity or challenging circumstances.”

Amanda makes connections beyond her team members as well. After stepping in as the new IT partner for the GTM org, she immediately made her presence known.

"Amanda works WONDERS,” says Director of Marketing Technology Rosie Knox, by providing much-needed visibility. “We’re never guessing what the priorities of other divisions are or where our requests fall in the hierarchy of organizational needs.”

According to Knox, Amanda is in a constant state of consciously evolving (so maybe it is a trait).

But her biggest achievement may be that she helps all of us evolve too, right along with her.

Thanks for the inspiration, Amanda.
