The New Mindbody Experience will provide a more simplified and perceptive user experience. To start, the new, modern homepage increases functionality, serving up crucial info (like top KPIs and daily schedules) and business-imperative insights, so you never miss a beat. You can look forward to revamped navigation with improved search functionality, as well. Other specific features coming soon include:
Easy access to daily KPIs (sales, number of clients served, staff utilization rate, and more), including insightful breakdowns and month-to-month comparisons to understand how these metrics are trending over time.
Real-time, business-critical alerts, such as expiring credit cards, failed autopays, and expiring intro offers. You’ll never miss pertinent information again.
At-risk client list, driven by AI and based on key customer behaviors (e.g., cancelled or missed bookings). This widget will help your team tailor client communications so you can encourage long-term retention.
Increasingly robust client profiles enable your team to easily view, create, and update key client information, including contact and billing info, communication preferences, notes, emergency contacts, and more.
A new view of upcoming appointments, where you'll be able to keep a better pulse on your daily schedule—directly from your homepage.

Soon, the Mindbody app hub, your one-stop-shop for measuring the performance of your Mindbody app listing, will help connect you with millions of potential clients. With real-time analytics at your fingertips, including how exactly clients are using the app and navigating your listing, you’ll be empowered to more efficiently engage with clients and grow your community.
The golden rule of marketing your services is to show up in the right place at the right time in front of the right people. We’re revamping the Mindbody app search function to ensure your target clients are finding your business, no matter how they're searching.

The new Deals Destination in the Mindbody app surfaces your best deals directly on the home screen so potential clients are much more likely to find and book them, all in one place.

This year brings Marketing Suite and Messenger[ai] together, an integration that will enable your business to handle all client communications through a single phone number. An integration of Messenger[ai] into the New Mindbody will allow your team to be able to manually respond to messages sent via marketing automations directly in Mindbody—giving you the chance to connect with your customers in one interface, just as you would with popular social media applications.
Want to keep tabs on customer milestones like the number of classes attended? With Progress Tracking, you’ll soon be able to build out programs and rewards more easily and customize what you’d like to keep tabs on.
Streamlined payments
The POS solutions you've been waiting for are coming soon! These powerful, yet portable point-of-sale terminals will streamline all your payment needs, simplifying the checkout experience for your team and your clients. The best part? All systems will be fully integrated with your Mindbody software. Plus, with new Apple Pay and Google Wallet capabilities, you’ll never miss an opportunity to capture sales.
A smoother experience for families
You asked and we listened. Soon, parents will be able to book on behalf of their kids or other family members both on the Mindbody app and through the web. Clients can link multiple profiles to their account—creating a more simplified booking and payment experience for family members.
