Bradbury explained that Mindbody has become an essential part of Bodyworks DW's operations. Bradbury also explained that many of their therapists are at a stage in their careers where they're considering private practice, so having the ability to manage transactions themselves from a mobile device has been helpful and convenient. "The Business App empowers our team to provide a seamless client experience while managing the handoff of payments directly—it's made the process incredibly smooth for both staff and clients," she said.
Mindbody Payments has also been a game-changer. After adopting tap-to-pay and contactless payment options, Bodyworks DW has seen faster transactions, easier tipping, and reduced credit card fees compared to storing cards on file. "Previously, we often checked clients out using the card on file, which was convenient but came with higher credit card fees. With the Stripe readers, tap-to-pay has not only streamlined the checkout process but also helped us save on fees," shared Bradbury. Overall, clients appreciate the modern, secure payment options, and therapists benefit from a smoother checkout experience.
