Mindbody customers can get a modern, mobile-friendly website, included in their Mindbody subscription. We build it using their existing logo, brand colors, and content. Customized Websites have Mindbody booking tools built right in, so clients can explore your services and make purchases—all without leaving your site. 

Note: Mindbody is unable able to offer Customized Websites to businesses that provide prenatal, children's, or medical services.

Customized Websites are available at no additional cost for eligible Mindbody customers. The build is included in every Mindbody plan, with no ongoing costs. Domain-related fees may apply, and optional or out-of-scope services may incur additional charges.

Mindbody is not able to offer full design freedom or a fully bespoke website at this time. Features like animations and videos are not available. AI-translated sites are possible, but we do not have full localization support.

Mindbody customers are able to have their Customized Website go live in as little as 3–5 business days from intake. Our average time to launch is 2-3 weeks, depending on the intake and review timelines.

Mindbody customers can get a branded website with integrated booking tools without needing to build it themselves. After a brief intake process, our team can build a Customized Website for you. You'll review a draft, share your feedback, and we'll handle revisions, launch, and ongoing maintenance.

Mindbody branded web tools are embedded into your Customized Website from launch so visitors can book directly on your site. Customers on Ultimate plans can also get our 24/7 front desk assistant and marketing tools wired in from day one—turning the site into a discovery, booking, and follow-up engine.

Customized Websites are offered to Mindbody customers as part of the Playlist platform and are built with AI technology, so customers cannot make edits on their own. However, it is easy to request edits prior to launch and on an ongoing quarterly basis. Staff and schedule changes made in your Mindbody software will automatically reflect on your Customized Website.

Mindbody will purchase one domain per customer at no cost, pending your confirmation of the URL. If you prefer to use your own domain, we can help connect it. Should you leave Mindbody, your domain will be registered in your name and we'll facilitate transferring the payment to you.

Note: A domain-specific email is not included, but if you have an existing domain with email, we can connect that as well.

Basic SEO optimizations are included with Customized Websites by default: Meta tags, structured data for your business type, semantic HTML, image alt text, and lazy loading. Your site is also set up to be indexed by all major search engines like Google and Bing. We optimize the foundational signals AI crawlers look at (clean semantic HTML, structured data, clear factual content, llms.txt where appropriate), but visibility in AI answers also depends on your site being cited or referenced elsewhere on the web.

However, technical SEO setup doesn't guarantee rankings: Actual search visibility depends on content quality, competition, backlinks, and ongoing optimization. AEO is a fast-evolving space and no provider can guarantee inclusion in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.).

Mindbody has limited localization support but can serve select countries including Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, the Philippines, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
