"The reporting and analytics tool is a standout for us," King explained. "With multiple studios and a growing team, having a clear, centralized view of how each location is performing is invaluable. The Corporate Dashboard gives us real-time insights, so we can see trends at a glance, spot opportunities, and make quick, informed decisions across the business."
She also noted that Mindbody's data analysis capabilities take those real-time insights even further by helping CorePlus understand member behavior, track performance, and measure the impact of new initiatives. That combination of visibility and clarity allows us to continually refine the experience for our members while supporting our long-term growth."

They helped ensure consistency between our Australian and U.S. sites, making the transition smooth from both an operational and client-experience perspective," King said. Beyond the software, Mindbody provided promotional support and local insights, helping CorePlus establish its presence in a new market.
