In 2015, Amy King and her husband set out on an entrepreneurial journey with a simple yet powerful vision: to bring Pilates, yoga, and reformer classes under one roof in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. The result was CorePlus, a studio designed to help people feel supported at every level of their fitness journey. From the very beginning, King knew that technology would play a pivotal role in scaling CorePlus "When we first opened our doors, we knew we needed a system that could do more than just manage bookings—it had to grow with us, support our vision, and allow us to focus on creating the best possible experience for our members," she said.

Over time, Mindbody's enterprise management platform has become a key part of CorePlus' operations. Tools like the Corporate dashboard and Enterprise site have provided a centralized view of performance across studios, enabling smarter, faster decision-making. 

"The reporting and analytics tool is a standout for us," King explained. "With multiple studios and a growing team, having a clear, centralized view of how each location is performing is invaluable. The Corporate Dashboard gives us real-time insights, so we can see trends at a glance, spot opportunities, and make quick, informed decisions across the business." 

She also noted that Mindbody's data analysis capabilities take those real-time insights even further by helping CorePlus understand member behavior, track performance, and measure the impact of new initiatives. That combination of visibility and clarity allows us to continually refine the experience for our members while supporting our long-term growth."

They helped ensure consistency between our Australian and U.S. sites, making the transition smooth from both an operational and client-experience perspective," King said.
