Streamline client profile data at cross-regional locations
You can now manage client info—like name, address, and phone number—from a single, centralized profile at your multi-studio business. When a client's profile is updated, those changes automatically sync across every studio in your cross-regional setup where that client exists. This keeps data consistent and accurate across locations, helps prevent duplicate profiles, and saves your staff time by removing the need for manual updates.
Clients pay later and you get paid now with Klarna
Offer clients flexible payments with Klarna, now available on the Mindbody app, branded web, and branded app. You can enable Klarna anytime from the new Payment Methods page in your Payments Portal. The portal also allows you to view, accept, or challenge disputes from Klarna within the Disputes tab.

Real-time updates in the Pricing Options tool
The Pricing Options tool in the Corporate dashboard now reflects pricing changes in real-time—no more waiting, refreshing, or second-guessing. Plus, the new Action Log feature gives you a historical view of all pricing actions for all your studios within the Pricing Options tool.
This makes it easy to track when changes were made, reducing inconsistencies across locations. It's all about smoother operations and faster decisions at scale.
Turn on new payment methods in just a few clicks
Managing your payment options just got easier. You can now select new payment methods for your region right from the Payments Portal—no need to contact support. Just head to "Payment Methods" under Settings, and turn on what you need. It's a faster, more flexible way to stay current with how your clients want to pay, whether on the Mindbody app, branded web, or your custom branded mobile app.
Faster SOAP notes + time clock history
Easily duplicate SOAP notes
If you're working with repeat clients, you no longer have to retype the same SOAP notes over and over. Now you can copy a previous note and update it as needed. Save time, reduce errors, and easily keep your records consistent across appointments.
See time clock history in the Business app
Staff can now check their own time clock history right in their phone, without logging into the web. This makes it easier to verify hours, resolve questions, and stay aligned. It's especially helpful during payroll cycles or scheduling reviews.
Profiles created automatically at signup
When a new client creates a Mindbody account at your business, their profile is now created, too. This means you'll never miss a fresh face in your system again—and your team doesn't have to spend time setting things up manually. With every profile ready to go from day one, staff can engage confidently, and new clients are immediately visible in your system so they don't slip through the cracks.
A quicker way to view your dashboards

Switching between dashboards, like Sales, Clients, or Memberships, is now faster and easier. With updated navigation in Analytics 2.0, you can jump straight to the data that matters most—without digging through extra menus. It's a better way to understand your business performance and take action, all in one place.
