When a new client creates a Mindbody account at your business, their profile is now created, too. This means you'll never miss a fresh face in your system again—and your team doesn't have to spend time setting things up manually. With every profile ready to go from day one, staff can engage confidently, and new clients are immediately visible in your system so they don't slip through the cracks.

Streamline communication with class status updates
Removing Facebook login for improved security and stability
We're removing the option to log in with Facebook to improve security and ensure a more consistent login experience. New accounts can no longer be created with Facebook, but clients can still sign in using Google, Apple, or email.
Clients with Facebook-linked accounts will be prompted to switch to email login the next time they sign in. Facebook login will be fully removed on July 15. Clients who haven't updated by this date can access their accounts by resetting their passwords.
PayNow available for Singapore merchants
If you're based in Singapore, you can now accept PayNow through the Mindbody app, branded web, and branded mobile app—no setup needed. It's a familiar, trusted option that makes checkout easier for clients and payments smoother for you. Contact your payment sales representative for more information.
