Book multiple services at once on branded web

Clients can now book more than one service at a time using the V2 branded web Appointments widget. No more checking out twice—they can add multiple services at a time, including services for their dependents, in one simple booking flow. It's faster for them and a great way to boost your revenue.
See availability by day and room on branded web
The V2 Schedule widget makes it easier for clients to browse and book. Available days are highlighted and days with no classes are grayed out, so your offerings are clear. You can also show which room each class takes place in, giving clients all the info they need to book with confidence.
Promote intro offers in the Mindbody app
Studios using promoted intro offers in the Mindbody app see up to 14× return on spend—and 33% of clients come back and spend more over time. Now, it's easier to promote these offers right when you create them. A clearer option on the Add a Pricing Option page makes setup simple, without digging through settings.
A faster, easier-to-use Mindbody app homepage
The Mindbody app homepage just got a refresh. It now loads more quickly and feels smoother overall, with more reliable navigation when opening links from businesses. Clients can also search or browse popular categories right from the homepage, making it easier to discover new classes and services. You'll also notice sharper, higher-quality studio logos throughout the app, for a better browsing experience.
Move leads in bulk with Lead Management
You can now move multiple leads at once—whether you're cleaning up a stage or shifting leads between pipelines. It's a faster way to stay organized, keep your sales process accurate, and save hours of manual work. All lead movements are automatically logged in the timeline, making it easy to track changes for full team visibility.
See upcoming follow-ups in your sales pipeline
Planning ahead is simpler in Lead Management. Your sales pipeline now shows upcoming follow-ups for the next 30 days, alongside the Today, Overdue, and Completed tasks, so you can see what's coming before it's due. With future follow-ups visible at a glance, it's easier to plan your week, balance workload across your team, and make sure important outreach doesn't slip through the cracks.
Issue partial refunds for more payment methods
You can now issue partial refunds for payments made using alternative and local payment methods from clients using the Mindbody app, your branded app, or branded web. This update gives you more flexibility when handling refunds and keeps the experience consistent, so you can avoid fully refunding and reprocessing transactions.
API: Prevent duplication with smarter request handling
We've added request de-duplication to our booking APIs to help prevent accidental duplicate class or appointment bookings. When identical booking requests are sent in quick succession, only one will be processed. This makes booking behavior more reliable and gives developers more confidence when building retry logic, especially when network conditions are unpredictable.
API: More reliable webhooks offer 99.99% deliverability
We've made significant improvements to our webhooks infrastructure, ensuring that 99.99% of events are delivered. This means better real-time updates for events like check-ins, bookings, and cancellations. For partners and businesses that power automations, sync data with external tools, or trigger notifications, webhooks are now a more dependable way to stay in sync with Mindbody.
API: See timing by pricing activation type
Our GET ClientServices and GET ClientCompleteInfo APIs now return the Activation Type for each pricing option, like whether a pass becomes active on purchase or on first visit. This gives developers clarity about when pricing is valid for booking, helping reduce eligibility errors and remove ambiguity in automated booking flows.
