Located in London, England, Come Back Club is redefining what recovery looks like. It was founded in September 2024 by former professional athlete and physiotherapist Tom Bradley. The business combines physiotherapy with performance-based fitness training to help clients recover strength and mobility after injuries, surgeries, or prolonged periods of inactivity. 

Come Back Club offers open gym access, strength and conditioning, specialist physiotherapy, and cold-water immersion. The team includes expert trainers, osteopaths, and physiotherapists who create personalized programs for lasting results. By combining clinical expertise with practical, sustainable movement, they help clients not only recover but return stronger. To learn more about their approach, we spoke with Operations Manager Annia Bu. 

Finding the right platform to unify their operations

Before switching to Mindbody, Come Back Club struggled with a disconnected system that made it difficult to manage scheduling, payments, and client communication efficiently. Bui explained, "We needed everything in one place. Something that could support all our offerings."
