Streamline communication with class status updates
Removing Facebook login for improved security and stability
We're removing the option to log in with Facebook to improve security and ensure a more consistent login experience. New accounts can no longer be created with Facebook, but clients can still sign in using Google, Apple, or email.
Clients with Facebook-linked accounts will be prompted to switch to email login the next time they sign in. Facebook login will be fully removed on July 15. Clients who haven't updated by this date can access their accounts by resetting their passwords.
PayNow available for Singapore merchants
If you're based in Singapore, you can now accept PayNow through the Mindbody app, branded web, and branded mobile app—no setup needed. It's a familiar, trusted option that makes checkout easier for clients and payments smoother for you. Contact your payment sales representative for more information.

It's now easier to show clients exactly what they're saving. When you sell a discounted contract, you can choose to display both the original and discounted prices in the contract terms—making pricing crystal clear for clients.

It's now easier to navigate your clients' account details. With our modern design, you can filter by date, payment reference, and pricing option to sort information—and even resize columns for a customized view. More updates are coming soon to make the experience even better.
Take control of unpaid reservations from your class waitlists
Now, you can prevent unpaid reservations by allowing only paid clients to be added to classes from a waitlist. Clients without an eligible payment option or those who don't meet your unpaid scheduling restrictions can be limited. Your staff also gets better visibility into each client's payment status.
You can adjust this setting anytime to suit your studio's needs.
