Finley’s Barber Shop is also acutely aware of the power of Mindbody. With 14 locations across Texas and Colorado, they had to reimagine their processes when COVID-19 took its toll. This meant using our software to shift to online booking, utilising one call center managed in our centralised booking system.

With these changes, Finley’s was able to not only weather the storm but actually improve the customer experience. As a result, they’ve seen consistent growth month over month. While this technology was initially used to get them through the pandemic, co-founder Darren Peterson says, “It is something that we are going to continue to improve on, make better, and keep in our tool kit for that customer experience.
