Love Mindbody? You could earn account credits for every successful referral 

To qualify for rewards, referrals must meet our program requirements:

• The referred business must be located in a country where Mindbody is available.
• The referral is valid only if the business hasn’t engaged with Mindbody in the past 180 days.
• The referred business must not already be in a sales cycle, contract, or negotiation with Mindbody.
• The business must not be an affiliate or franchisee of the referring partner.
• The referred business must purchase a Mindbody subscription within 90 days of being referred.
• Referrals are only considered valid when submitted through the official Mindbody Customer Referral Program landing page or one of its localized regional versions.

The Mindbody Customer Referral Program is available to customers with an active Mindbody account in good standing in supported countries. Program availability, eligibility, and reward values may vary by region. If a referral occurs in a country that does not have a locally specified reward, the reward will be issued at the equivalent value of US$1,000, converted to the applicable local currency at the time of issuance.

Mindbody reserves the right to modify or expand country eligibility as the program evolves.

Absolutely. This program is for the entire Mindbody family, including Booker. Refer a friend in the fitness, beauty, or wellness industry and we’ll figure out the best software fit for them. You’ll earn rewards either way.

Just your email (and optional Mindbody or Booker account ID). We’ll use your email to notify you when your referral signs up and make sure you get paid. 

We love to hear that you book classes with the app. However, the Customer Referral Program is specifically for our customers who use Mindbody business management products, and focuses on connecting studios, salons, and spas with that software to run their businesses. 

The reward is issued as account credit in your local currency once the referred business becomes a new paying Mindbody customer and the referral is approved by Mindbody. You can apply this credit toward future payments for your Mindbody subscription or services. The referral reward is granted only to the referring customer, not to the referred business.
 

Reward values vary by region and are based on your billing country:
 

1. United States: USD $1,000
2. Canada: CAD $1,250
3. Australia: AUD $1,250
4. United Kingdom: GBP £750
5. Euro zone: EUR €750

If your account is canceled before all credit is used, any remaining balance will be forfeited. Unused credits can’t be exchanged, refunded, or converted into any other form of payment or benefit.
