  • What is the ordering process?

    We work with a premier third-party printer on all orders. When a request comes in, we send it to our printing partner who will send an email asking for the necessary information and designs to complete the order. After receiving a reply, a quote is sent for approval. Once approved, an electronic proof is created for review. When that is approved, your order is sent to production (about 7-10 business days), and then shipped via UPS (1-10 business days).

  • Can I get less than your minimum order of 500?
    Yes, an order of 250 pieces is an option for smaller clients.
  • If my needs don’t meet your minimum order, are there other options?
    Yes! We offer online gift certificates. Learn about our online gift certificate layouts.
  • May I order a combo pack and then re-order only one of the items in it? Will I be charged a setup fee?
    Yes and yes. If parameters for a re-order change from the original (excluding quantity), the order is considered “new” and requires a setup fee.
  • What fees are associated with gift card usage?
    None. If a customer purchases the gift card by credit card, then normal merchant account rates would apply. Otherwise, there are no fees.
  • What additional equipment is required?
    Technically, none: numbers on the back of gift cards or key tags may be keyed in manually. However, for maximum efficiency, a barcode scanner and/or credit card swiper is recommended. If interested, view our Hardware products.
  • How do I use gift cards and key tags with MINDBODY?
    Gift cards are sold like any other product through the point of sale screen. Key tags and ID cards are issued to individual clients via the client’s profile screen. For more details, consult this Help Suite article.
  • Can I use my MINDBODY Bucks toward my order?
    Unfortunately, no. MINDBODY Bucks may not be used to order key tags or cards.
  • How long does it take to receive an order?
    It depends on the items you order, but could be less than two weeks (or even faster with rushed production – just ask us.)
  • How long do re-orders take?
    Re-orders require only one approval step, then 7-10 business days for printing, and 1-7 business days for shipping.
  • Can I rush my order?
    Except when production is backlogged, rush orders are available at a 50% additional charge, reducing production time from 7-10 business days to 3-5 business days. Note that rushing production does not affect the time required for the proof/approval process.
  • If I don’t want to pay to rush my order in production, may I still request rush shipping?
    Yes. By request, we can ship orders 2-day or overnight.
  • Is there an option to ship the order without a signature upon delivery?
    No. Someone must be present to sign for the order.
  • Will MINDBODY design my order too?
    No, we do not handle the design or fulfillment process directly. Contact our printing partner for assistance at cards@mindbodyonline.com or call (866) 343-5175.
  • Do gift cards come standard with a magnetic strip?
    No. Gift cards come standard with a barcode. The magnetic strip is available for an additional fee of $0.35 per card.
  • May I get a magnetic strip on my key tags?
    No, key tags do not have the option of a magnetic strip. They come with a standard barcode.
  • How much room is available on the back of the cards/key tags?
    Key tags allot space for up to 4 additional lines of text; cards allot space for 7-10 lines of text. Text does not affect the placement of the barcode.
  • What type of barcodes do you use?
    Our cards and key tags are printed with Barcode 128.
  • What type of magnetic strip do you use?
    Our magnetic strips are HiCo Track 2.
