MINDBODY Connect helps you live healthier and happier. For a killer workout, lavish spa experience, and everything in between, the app shows you what’s nearby.
Once you’ve found the perfect trainer, stylist, massage therapist or (fill in the blank), just add them to your list of local favorites, and you can check their schedule whenever you’d like.
Can’t fit in that morning workout today? Just pull up the schedule and find an evening class. You’re officially out of excuses.
Whether you’re feeling like a change or you’re looking for an opening with your favorite teacher or stylist, it’s easy to see what’s available.
Add your credit card information to MINDBODY Connect, and you can pay for classes and appointments before you arrive.
Register with your email address and create a new password just for the app. Make sure to register with the email address that you use at MINDBODY businesses.
You should see a message from MINDBODY Connect. Click the link inside to activate your account. You’ll go to a page that lists the accounts synced with your app. If you’d like to sync more, follow the directions under Syncing.
If you’re not using the latest version of iOS, then iTunes might force you to download an older version of MINDBODY Connect. Follow the instructions listed in the Performance section to update your operating system.
If you’re using an older version of Android operating system, then Google Play might not let you download MINDBODY Connect. You currently need to have version Ice Cream Sandwich or newer to use the app. Follow the instructions listed in the Performance section to see if your operating system is up to date.
You’ll need to set up a brand new password to register for MINDBODY Connect. Make sure to use the same email address that you’ve left on file with businesses that use MINDBODY.
You can resend the email from inside the app.
Go to Options and tap Resend Activation Email. If you don't see the resend link, tap Sync Account.
Tap the MINDBODY Connect icon at the top left. Choose My Info, then tap the Settings icon at the top right, and then tap Sync Accounts.
MINDBODY Connect syncs your accounts by matching two pieces of information with businesses you visit: your email address and your first name. If some of your accounts successfully synced, but others did not, then you may have used an alternate email address when you registered with the businesses that aren’t syncing in MINDBODY Connect. It’s also possible that your name was misspelled when your accounts were created with the businesses. Not to point any fingers, but if there’s a chance that you misspelled your name when you registered for the app, then you might want to check your profile as well.
If one of your accounts uses an email address that's different from the one you use in MINDBODY Connect, then resend the Activation Email and use the link inside to sync the missing accounts. Make sure you have the email and password that you use for the accounts you'd like to sync.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen to find a section called, "Not connected to one of your locations?" From here, you can search for businesses you visit; tick the checkbox below the search field to limit the search by your location.
Once you find a business you have an account with, click the arrow on the right to log in. Enter the email and password you use to log into that business’s site, then press Sync. Voilà! You're connected. Repeat this process for all of your favorite businesses.
To keep MINDBODY Connect as secure as possible, the activation email has a pretty short shelf life: 72 hours. If you can’t get to it within the three-day window, then just resend the activation email from inside the app.
If you can’t find a business in the app and you know they use MINDBODY, that means they’ve opted out of MINDBODY Connect. They may have done so with good reason (e.g., they offer an app of their own), but it could also be that they’ve never heard of it. Let the business know that you’re interested in booking from your phone to see what solutions they can offer.

Go to Options and tap Sync Account.
Tap the MINDBODY Connect icon at the top left. Choose My Info, then tap the Settings icon at the top right, and then tap Sync Accounts.
You’ll be able to access family accounts through the app in the future, but for now you can do so only from your desktop.
Once you've signed up for a class, you'll notice a small green tag next to the class on your upcoming schedule. If you're on the waitlist to get into the class, the tag will be blue until you're added to the roster. Visit your schedule to see a list of classes you've signed up for.
Yes! If a class is full, but space is available on the waitlist, then a button will display allowing you to add yourself to the list. Waitlisted classes will show up on your schedule with a blue tag in the corner.
Yes, just open your schedule and tap on a class with a blue tag. You’ll see a blue banner showing your position on the wait list.
Go to My Info and tap My Passes.
Tap the icon at the top left. Choose My Info, and then tap My Passes.
Make sure you have Location Services turned on.
Open Settings on your device, choose Privacy, and then choose Location Services. Scroll to find MINDBODY Connect and make sure the switch is on, or set to Always. Return to the app, go to Discover, and tap the map icon in the upper right. Tap the arrow icon at the bottom of the screen to zoom into your area.

You can turn the notifications off from inside the app.
Go to Options and scroll to the bottom. You can toggle any of the settings you’d like to change.
Go to your profile by tapping the icon at the top left and choosing your name from the menu below. Then tap Settings and change and disable the options you’d prefer not to use.
Yes; you can edit reviews, or delete them altogether if you choose. Only you can change or remove reviews that you’ve left.
Tap My Schedule and choose History. Tap a visit that you’ve left a rating for. Tap the orange hearts to open the review. From here, you can delete the review and write a new one, or just delete the entry altogether.
Tap the icon at the top left corner and choose My Schedule from the menu below. Tap History. Tap a visit that you’ve left a rating for; you’ll be able to tell by the orange hearts at the bottom right.
If you’d like to see reviews left by other customers, then look up a business by either searching for them on the map or tapping the business name from your favorites list. Scroll to the bottom of the details screen to see customer reviews.
Businesses marked with the green logo are MINDBODY Connect Workplace approved. Since you can see the MINDBODY Connect Workplace logo, you are eligible to use benefits offered by your employer to receive services from approved businesses. Talk to your Human Resources representative for more information.
Deals are a great way to try new services or save on your favorites. Businesses can create deals that apply to brand new clients only or that can be purchased once by any client of their business. Not all businesses offer deals, but check your favorites every once in a while to look for a special.
Online gift cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness and beauty—and they're perfect as a last-minute gift option. Many businesses featured on MINDBODY Connect offer gift cards for purchase online. If gift cards are available, it will be mentioned on the business's profile page, below the business description.
To purchase a gift card through MINDBODY Connect:
1) Tap the gift card icon below the business's description.
2) Follow the prompts to choose an amount, an image, send date, add recipient's information and include a personal message.
3) The recipient will receive your gift card via email on the date you selected.
If you received a MINDBODY Connect gift card via email, there are two ways to redeem it:
1) Print the email and bring it to the business.
2) Call the business and provide them with your gift card number.
If using an Android device, gift cards can be redeemed directly through the app. At checkout, select the payment method Use gift card. Enter the gift card number, and complete checkout.
For the app to run as well as it should, you'll need to make sure that your operating system is up to date, and that you’ve downloaded the most recent version of MINDBODY Connect.
Open the Settings app, choose General, and then choose Software Update. If an update is available, then you’ll see it here.
Open the Settings app and scroll to the bottom to choose About device (or About phone). Tap Software update to see if an update is available.
Open the App Store app and tap Updates at the bottom, on the right. If you need to update the app, then you’ll see it listed under Pending Updates. Just tap Update to get the newest version.
Open the Play Store app, tap the icon at the top left, and then choose My apps. If you need to update the app, then you’ll see it listed under Updates. Just tap Update to get the newest version.
First, make sure that your operating system is up to date, and that you’ve downloaded the most recent version of MINDBODY Connect.
If both your operating system and MINDBODY Connect are up to date, you may want to try removing the app from your phone and downloading it again.
You can delete the app by pressing your finger down on the MINDBODY Connect icon on your Home screen and tapping the “X” that appears in the top left corner. To re-download MINDBODY Connect, just search for it in the App Store app.
You can uninstall the app by opening the Settings app and choosing Application manager from the menu. Tap MINDBODY Connect in the list of downloaded apps, and hit Uninstall. To reinstall MINDBODY Connect, search for it in the Play Store app.
This issue may also be related to your data connection. If you continue to experience a problem, then please close the app and try using it from a new location. Please email our support team about the problem so we can make sure it doesn’t occur again.
