As millennials age, more U.S. companies look ahead to Generation Z

After a decade of focusing on the so-called millennial generation, some U.S. companies are starting to look ahead to what’s next.

Matthew Litfin, a senior portfolio manager at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, said that he has been adding to positions in software companies such as Q2 Holdings Inc (QTWO.N) and Mindbody Inc (MB.O) that make it easier for small companies like banks and yoga studios to have robust online apps that are similar to their larger competitors.
