Now it’s simpler to find what you need in your client’s profile. Use filters like sale ID, sale date, and payment method to quickly sort purchases—and adjust column sizes to customize your view. Learn more about your Client Purchases screen.

The new Retail Products Overview is faster, cleaner, and designed for how you actually work. We fixed bugs, sped up load times, added pagination and bulk saving, and made filters easier to use. Now, you can see product groups and variants in one view—no more endless clicking. It’s a smoother, more reliable way to manage retail, with more improvements coming soon.

Communicate discounts with confidence
It’s now easier to show clients exactly what they’re saving. When you sell a discounted contract, you can choose to display both the original and discounted prices in the contract terms—making pricing crystal clear for clients.
This simple update helps build trust and avoids confusion at checkout.
Prevent accidental overlap in suspension dates
We’ve added a new safeguard to help you manage suspensions with less hassle. If a new suspension overlaps with an existing one, staff will now be prompted to edit or remove the old date first.
No more overlapping suspensions means cleaner billing, fewer delays, and a smoother client experience.
Mindbody Payments: Increased support for Apple Pay and PayNow
For Mindbody Payments users
Apple Pay now available through the Public API
This update makes checkout faster and more secure for your clients and gives your business more flexibility. It’s a seamless way to reduce friction and speed up payments across mobile and web. Contact your payment sales representative to learn more.
PayNow available for Singapore merchants
If you’re based in Singapore, you can now accept PayNow through the Mindbody app, branded web, and branded mobile app—no setup needed. It’s a familiar, trusted option that makes checkout easier for clients and payments smoother for you. Contact your payment sales representative for more information.

For class-based Mindbody Branded app customers • Available in all regions
Streamline communication with class status updates
Keep clients in the loop—automatically send push notifications for class or appointment changes, like schedule updates or cancellations. There’s no extra work for your team. Just remind clients to subscribe so they never miss a beat.
Clients can now view class schedules across multiple locations
Clients no longer need to switch screens to see their schedules from all your locations in one place. It’s a faster, easier way for multi-location members to plan their week and stay on track.

Corporate: More control over franchise fees
For all Mindbody corporate users • Available in all regions
The Franchise Fees tool now supports creating fee rules without assigning any studios, giving you more control over how fees are collected. This means you can set up a rule now and decide later which studios to apply it to. It’s perfect for planning ahead or pausing fees without deleting your setup, and a smarter way to manage fees as your business changes.
Consumer Identity: Removing Facebook login for improved security and stability
For Mindbody users with Consumer Identity in all regions
We’re removing the option to log in with Facebook to improve security and ensure a more consistent login experience. New accounts can no longer be created with Facebook, but clients can still sign in using Google, Apple, or email.
Clients with Facebook-linked accounts will be prompted to switch to email login the next time they sign in. Facebook login will be fully removed on July 15. Clients who haven’t updated by this date can access their accounts by resetting their passwords.
