Opened in 2005 by Debra Van Dyke, Frilly Lilly has found their niche. By making waxing, manicures and pedicures a whimsical and feminine experience that should be celebrated, they’ve created a cult following of clients and have since opened an addition 9 locations across the US and Canada.
The waiting areas are deliciously decorated and provide a calming environment for clients.
The Frilly Lilly interiors all have a boutique feel with well-designed shelving for product placement. Shopping around before or after an appointment is convenient and easy.
