The front desk swipes it like a credit card or redeems it from the customer’s phone, and it’s literally that simple.
What’s your favorite part about gift cards?
Gift cards are amazing and so easy. Your customer comes in and they can buy one or 10 services on a gift card. Gift cards fit anyone’s budget.
Do you see an increase in customer traffic because of gift cards?
Absolutely. It’s an incredible way to build your business. Investing in gift cards for your business should be at the TOP of your to-do list. The most powerful way to attract new clients to your salon continues to be through word of mouth, or personal referrals. Gift cards are essentially that - in a different form!
