Derek Reynolds went from Wall Street Commodities Reporter to salon consultant and Strategic Operations Manager for Cutler Salon in the course of a few years. Part of his new role was overseeing three (now four) salon locations, and the software they were using just wasn’t cutting it. “If you wanted to schedule an appointment, pull reports for staff or view a client’s notes and history, it was a real cumbersome process. There was no way of handling it all in one place.”
