Set an intention
Start by setting an intention for this month (or maybe even your life if you’re feeling ambitious…but let’s start with the month). Intentions are guiding principles for how you want to live. To set an intention, pick a short and memorable goal, such as: to love and be loved. Easy as that! Well, sort of.
