Our simplified pricing structure will allow you and your business to grow with freedom and ease.

Site setup
- Personalized software and online store — Customized to match your branding.
- Unlimited Workstations — Other software companies want to charge you “by the seat.” Not MINDBODY. Need another workstation at the front desk, in the back office or at home? Just access your software online from another computer. You don’t even have to call us!
- Live startup training — Our super smart, super friendly staff will train you on your new software in three phases. Generally, this will require two to four hour-long appointments, but we never restrict you to just that. We’ll train you until you feel comfortable. Training is delivered by telephone, but you can also self-train using our many online resources. Onsite training is also available. contact us for a quote.
- Credit card processing integration — With MINDBODY Integrated Credit Card Processing, your business will be able to authorize, settle and manage credit card, electronic check transactions and ACH anytime, anywhere.
- Data import — Have client names and addresses in Outlook, Excel or another common database format? Using another business management software? We’ll import that data to your new MINDBODY software free of change (data must be provided in an open database format).
Software support, Data hosting & Software upgrades
- No hidden costs — MINDBODY provides all software service, data subscription fee, ongoing support and upgrades in one low-cost monthly fee.
- One simple monthly fee pays for everything — We base your monthly fee on your business size, not which software features you use. Our pricing is fair and offers great value because we don’t charge you extra to add on modules. The result is a software that will never inhibit your business growth.
- Fixed rates — Your rates are guaranteed not to increase during your 12-month contract period.
