MINDBODY offers many features that help your marketing efforts. For example, Client Indexes allow you to record customized demographic information about each client (i.e. What is their primary fitness goal? Favorite sport? Weight? Fitness level?). You can even require that certain Indexes be completed when you add a new client. Use these to easily pull specific client lists for targeted email and marketing campaigns.
Analyze and increase client retention
It’s easier (not to mention cheaper!) to retain existing clients than gain new ones. MINDBODY’s Retention report lets you quickly see your retention rate. Even customize this report to analyze the success of a particular promotion. Our No Return report identifies regular clients who have dropped off the map, and our Last Visit report shows you when it happened. But don’t stop there! MINDBODY lets you easily pull the email addresses of these clients and send them a specialized promotion or motivating email to regain their business.
Client referral analysis
