What was your most popular service in June 2008? Who are your top-50 clients? Ever wanted to test the 80/20 rule? MINDBODY offers both a Best Sellers and a Big Spenders report so you can quickly find answers to these (and other) questions.
Target marketing made easy
MINDBODY offers many features that help your marketing efforts. For example, Client Indexes allow you to record customized demographic information about each student. You can even require that certain Indexes be completed when you add a new student (i.e. age group, belt level, style). Use these to easily pull specific client lists for targeted email and marketing campaigns.
Analyze and increase client retention
It’s easier (not to mention cheaper!) to retain existing students than gain new ones. MINDBODY’s Retention report lets you quickly see your retention rate. Even customize this report to analyze the success of a particular promotion. Our No Return report identifies regular students who have dropped off the map, and our Last Visit report shows you when it happened. But don’t stop there! MINDBODY lets you easily pull the email addresses of these students and send them a specialized promotion to regain their business.
Client referral analysis
When you spend money on marketing efforts, you want to track your return on investment. To do so, run MINDBODY’s Referrals report. This report shows you how each of your students heard about your business: a search engine, a radio ad, the newspaper, etc. If they were referred by another student, you can even specify and reward that particular person.
