MINDBODY helps to improve staff’s relationships with clients with its CRM features, such as a profile that stores everything from a client’s nickname to their relationships with other clients. MINDBODY gives you the ability to assign each franchise owner, manager and staff member their own system login. You can determine the level of system access for each location’s manager.
