A large part of your business is creating a relationship with your students (and their parents) to ensure they always have a positive experience (and keep coming back). MINDBODY helps you improve your staff’s relationships with your students with its CRM features, such as a profile that stores everything from a student’s nickname to their relationships with other students. Or, look up a student’s schedule, their visit history and their past purchases with the click of your mouse. Even mark issues that require a follow-up using Contact Logs.
Send email promotions through Constant Contact
Email is the fastest, most cost-efficient way to reach out to parents and keep them thinking about your business. MINDBODY has partnered with Constant Contact so that you can sync your MINDBODY email list with your Constant Contact email lists. Create professional looking emails quickly and easily. And, once your email is sent, Constant Contact gives you the ability to track important statistics such as who has read your email, who clicked on what links and more.
Auto emails and SMS text alerts
MINDBODY has the capability of sending automated emails and/or SMS texts when you or your students perform tasks in the software. For example, send parents an email to confirm when their student’s appointment or class has been booked, then send an automatic confirmation text 24 hours prior to their appointment. Or send welcome emails and texts when a new student account is created, send a receipt when they buy online, when a student has failed to show up for a class – the list goes on!
Managing membership privileges
If your business offers memberships, MINDBODY allows you to create different levels, which allow students to choose which membership is right for them. For example, create special member programming for each membership level that can be booked online or offer “members only” discounts to each of your member groups.
Payroll, commissions and tips
Your staff may earn their wages is a few different ways, and MINDBODY will help you track them all. Assign flexible payrates to each staff member depending on what they teach. Hourly employees can clock in and clock out. Our POS will track product sale commissions. Adding a tip to an appointment is simple. Everything is recorded in real time, which makes running your payroll simple, accurate and (most importantly) quick.
Staff permissions
MINDBODY gives you the ability to assign each staff member their own system login. This will inspire a sense of accountability for actions taken within the software. It also allows you to assign each manager and staff member the appropriate level of system access to limit mistakes and protect your information.
