Greg Wookey

Director of Finance

Greg moved to the Central Coast seven years ago to escape the increasing population, traffic and noise of Orange County. Now living in Paso Robles with his wife, Shari, and their three almost-grown up children (plus 2 dogs and 3 cats), Greg thinks the 30-minute commute is nothing compared with what he faced down south.

Greg has spent over 25 years in various financial roles at a variety of companies including Avco Financial Services, Philip Morris, FileNet and a couple of smaller startup companies. Most recently, Greg was Chief Financial Officer of Fleet Management Solutions here in San Luis Obispo. Greg was raised in Palo Alto but moved to Orange County to attend UC Irvine where he received a BA in Political Science. When that couldn’t pay the bills, he attended Cal State Fullerton where he received an MBA in Finance.

With three kids all actively involved in sports, Greg spends much of his free time in support of those activities but also likes to golf once in a while, do crossword puzzles, and take his dogs for long walks.

Rachel Gallagher

Human Resources Manager

Originally from the Central Coast, Rachel graduated cum laude from our local Cal Poly University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She then went on to attain her graduate degree in Organizational Management from Antioch University in Santa Barbara. From there, she spent over 13 years moving around the country to work with several large companies, such as Dell Computers, Kinko’s and FedEx. Rachel considers herself lucky to have returned back to friends and family and to have made her home in the wine country of Paso Robles.

With the ever-changing laws, Rachel makes it a priority to continue pursuing additional HR classes and certificates. And, when there is leisure time, Rachel and her family enjoy visiting and dining in the cities along the coast, taking work-out classes at the local gym (especially yoga), visiting their backyard wineries, and volunteering time to support several charities. They are also frequent participants of concerts and shows at the Santa Barbara Bowl and in Las Vegas.

Rachel considers herself fortunate to be working with people and a company whose goal is to improve the health and wellness of the world. This is a cause that she’s passionate about and says that it’s hard to believe that this job is called “work.” She says that she still has to pinch herself everyday that yoga classes, massage sessions and health and environmentally conscious individuals are a staple at MINDBODY!

Judith Cohen

Facilities & Sustainability Program Manager

Judith Cohen has been with MINDBODY, Inc. since May 2009. Hailing originally from San Francisco, Judith arrived in San Luis Obispo, California in early 2007 to pursue her dream of living on the Central Coast.

With a 28-year career background in human resources, operations, management consulting and social entrepreneurship, Judith has worked with a myriad of professional services, technology and non-profit organizations throughout California. She also founded Sage7 Productions, a fundraising events production company wholly committed to giving back to the arts and nonprofit community. In her leisure time, Judith is prone to extensive surfing, reading, volunteering and spending quality time with friends and family. Judith currently lives in Pismo Beach and is incredibly stoked to be part of the MINDBODY team.

Susan Figueroa

Controller

Susan enjoys being a part of the MINDBODY, Inc. team as it continues to grow and evolve. As part of the team, Susan handles the dual role of Controller and Human Resource Manager. She feels that this duality of effort allows her to utilize the skills she has developed over the course of her working career. In the course of this career, Susan has worked closely with human resource professionals and has been responsible for the human resources duties in correlation with her accounting responsibilities. Susan also has close contacts within the global human resources management field that allows her access to an expertise otherwise unavailable.

When Susan is not working with financial data or assisting staff members, you can find her on the lake kayaking, ballroom dancing, playing tennis, and hiking. Susan also enjoys spending quality time with her friend Walt, his daughters Emily and Julia, and the combined total of five pets – only one of which she calls her own.

Nicole Sell

Staff Accountant

Originally from the Central Coast, Nicole recently relocated back to San Luis Obispo County from Seattle. She is a committed Seattle Seahawks fan and proud parent of 9 year old daughter, Holly. With 8 years of accounting experience behind her, Nicole continues to pursue her degree in Business Accounting and achieve her CPA license. In her free time, Nicole loves to go hiking, workout, ride quads, go horseback riding, and kayak in the blue waters of the Central Coast.

Nicole is happy to be apart of the MINDBODY Team and looks forward to her future with MINDBODY, Inc.

Stephanie Pollard

Accounting Clerk

Stephanie grew up in Roseville, a town in Northern California near Sacramento. She decided to move away to attend Cal Poly University, San Luis Obispo and major in Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting. She will graduate in June of 2011 and will pursue her CPA. Currently, Stephanie works as an Accounting Clerk at MINDBODY. She loves her job and the constant learning and interaction with people and customers.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys being outdoors and active. She loves hiking, camping, running, and bike riding. On the weekends she can often be found competing in mountain bike or road races, half marathons, or triathlons.

Chauntelle Stark

Billing & Contracts Specialist

Chauntelle grew up on the Central Coast in the small town of Paso Robles. She moved to San Diego in 2000 and got her degree in Graphic Design from San Diego State University. Although she loved the laid-back atmosphere of San Diego, she missed the small town atmosphere of the Central Coast. In 2005 she moved back to the Central Coast and now enjoys living in Pismo Beach.

In her free time she enjoys hiking, camping, relaxing at the beach, wine tasting and spending time with her fiancé. She is very excited to be a part of the MINDBODY team!

Megan Stevens

Client Account Specialist

Megan is a fourth year Liberal Studies major with a Biology minor at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. School has driven Megan to this point in her life, and she couldn't be happier about the path her life has taken.

Originally, Megan is from Ventura, two hours south of San Luis Obispo; and throughout high school she lived at the beach in Oxnard. In Oxnard, she enjoyed surfing before school, and now in San Luis she often finds herself going to the lake for wakeboarding instead. Ventura was an amazing place to grow up, however she hopes to travel before returning to any one place.
