MINDBODY, Inc. is currently seeking to fill full time and part time Receptionist positions.

The starting wage for a full-time position is $10/hour.

Full time employment receives full benefits, including the following: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, Quarterly Bonuses, $50/month for wellness services, Retirement Savings Plan, and more.

We are looking to fill opening and closing shifts. Opening shifts start at 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM; the end time for opening shifts is flexible. Closing shifts end at 6:30 PM; the start time for closing shifts is flexible.

Summary

The Receptionist position provides support to the company by routing calls, booking appointments, greeting visitors, and various administrative tasks as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Other duties may be assigned as required.

  • Greet all visitors, ensure that each visitor is in compliance with MINDBODY Security Policies.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct to other departments appropriately.
  • Book training appointments for new customers.
  • Call clients to confirm booked training appointments 24 hours in advance of the appointment.
  • Route incoming faxes, mail, and email to appropriate persons and/or departments.
  • Call new clients 15 and 30 days after the close of the sale to assess their satisfaction with MINDBODY customer service.
    The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:

  • Able to write clearly and effectively in response to client inquiries and issues.
  • Remains calm under pressures; does not become defensive or irritated when the situation becomes stressful.
  • Acts with the customer in mind; discerns customers’ needs by asking direct questions to route them to the correct department or team.
  • Uses appropriate resources to find solutions; does not guess on answers to problems.
  • Continually looks to improve his/her knowledge of the company, product, and service.
  • Keeps confidences and avoids gossip; admits mistakes; does not misrepresent him/herself for personal gain.
  • Quickly zeroes in and accomplishes critical tasks first and puts trivial tasks aside.

Qualifications

To give each individual the necessary skills to accomplish this job successfully, MINDBODY will provide training within Reception department. Each individual will be tested on and must pass requirements for each of the above duties at a satisfactory level. In addition to training and testing, each individual must meet the following requirements prior to employment in Reception.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Degree.
  • 3-6 months of related customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

  • Ability to read, and analyze customer questions.
  • Ability to clearly write procedures in response to customer questions.
  • Ability to effectively present information (oral and written) and respond to customer questions.

Computer Skills

  • Familiar with internet browsers.
  • Familiar online chat tools and email.
  • Typing: 40-60 WPM.

The physical demands are representative of an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit at a desk, use hands and fingers, and talk and hear.
