MINDBODY, Inc. is currently seeking to fill full time and part time Level 1 Technical Support Specialist positions.
The starting wage for a full-time position is $12/hour.

Summary
The Level 1 Technical Support Specialist position provides technical assistance and training to customers by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Other duties may be assigned as required.
- Provide client support and technical issues resolution via phone calls from the queue, live chat sessions from the online chat queue, and email.
- Return client support calls within the specified time frame as posted in the MINDBODY contact logs.
- Provide new client start-up training.
- Book follow up appointments for clients after each training session as needed.
- Identify, correct, and advise clients on operational issues within the MINDBODY software.
- Forward client software feature requests to our development team.
- Create contact logs under the client profile after each training appointment and technical support call.
- Continue training with the MINDBODY Staff Trainer to increase training skill and technical knowledge of the MINDBODY software.

Qualifications
To give each individual the necessary skills to accomplish this job successfully, MINDBODY will provide training within Reception and Technical Support departments. Each individual will be tested on and must pass requirements for each of the above duties at a satisfactory level. In addition to training and testing, each individual must meet the following requirements prior to employment in Technical Support.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Degree.
- 3-6 months of related customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
- Ability to read, and analyze customer questions.
- Ability to clearly write procedures in response to customer questions.
- Ability to effectively present information (oral and written) and respond to customer questions in one-on-one and group settings.
Computer Skills
- Knowledge of database and internet based software.
- Familiar with internet browser and settings.
- Familiar and skilled with online chat tools, and email.
- Familiar with basic printer hardware installation and settings.
- Typing: 40-60 WPM.
Physical Demands
The physical demands are representative of an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit at a desk, use hands and fingers, and talk and hear.
