Each WebEx presentation is 45 minutes long with an additional 15 minutes of Q&A on select Thursdays at 9:30 am PST/12:30 EST There is no limit to the number of staff members that can view each presentation. You will also receive a recorded copy if you can’t make the live presentation or want other staff members to view it.

What are Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)? How is your business doing? Is your revenue growing? Are you bringing in more new clients? Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) will answer these questions and more. KPI’s are a set of reports which help you measure and analyze the health of your business.

In the KPI Webinars you will learn how to run reports in MINDBODY and create a spread sheet so you can track them over time. We will show you how you can use this information to make better decisions to grow your business. During these webinars, we will break down the KPI’s into (3) important groups: Attendance & Revenue, Retention, and Pricing & Referrals. See below for more detail.


January 19, 2012: Key Indicators Part I – Attendance and Revenue

In this session you will look at KPI reports that show revenue, attendance, new clients, and average attendance. We will show you how to track these reports, how to run them in MINDBODY, and what they tell you about your business. A 2012 Key Performance Indicators excel spreadsheet will be supplied and you can update your spreadsheet after the webinar.


February 2, 2012: Key Indicators Part II– Retention

In this second KPI webinar, we will look at reports that measure retention. These reports will reflect if your clients are coming back, if your Groupon offers are effective, and what your intro offer to auto-pay conversion rate is. Tracking these KPI’s will help you improve your retention and grow your business! We will use the spread sheet from the first KPI session.


March 8, 2012: Key Indicators Part III – Pricing and Referrals

If your services and classes are not intelligently priced, you will not realize your true revenue potential! In this webinar you will analyze what series are selling and how to improve your pricing. Introductory offers are one of the most powerful tools to bring new clients to your business. You will also learn how to track how your clients heard about you, the best way to get this data, and what these numbers are telling you about your marketing efforts.


April 26, 2012: Auto Pays/Memberships
