MINDBODY lets you log inventory in multiple ways. Walk around your retail shop or back office and scan items using a wireless scanner. Update all your inventory levels from one screen. Or, simply update individual products.
Create purchase orders
Keep tabs on which products have been ordered and when they’ve arrived with Purchase Orders. Create printable POs to send to suppliers, and once the order has arrived and the PO is complete, your inventory levels will adjust to the appropriate amount... automatically.
Change inventory on hand
Mistakes happen, and occasionally inventory is miscounted during shipments or audits and must be adjusted. MINDBODY allows you to adjust any product’s inventory from one screen, using our “handy” Inventory on Hand report. And don’t worry – all inventory level changes are tracked in our Inventory Change Log.
Easy order fulfillment
Having such an easy-to-use online store (wink!) means that more and more customers will be ordering products online. MINDBODY makes the order fulfillment process as easy as possible with our Manage Online Orders report, which tells you which items are pending and which have been shipped. You can even print a packing slip!
