Target marketing made easy

MINDBODY offers many features that help your marketing efforts. For example, Client Indexes allow you to record customized demographic information about each customer (i.e. age range, favorite product line, location – whatever your business considers important). You can even require that certain Indexes be completed when you add a new customer. Use these to easily pull specific customer lists for targeted email and marketing campaigns.

Promotion tracking

If you run a sale (either online or in-store), track it using Promotion Codes. You can report on the sale’s success by location (even from your online store), by date range, by customer group and more. The more you know about your sales, the more successful they will be.

Customer referral analysis

When you spend money on marketing efforts, you want to track your return on investment. To do so, run MINDBODY’s Referrals report.
