Thankfully, there's a solution! MINDBODY and Constant Contact are partnering to give you access to a world class email marketing service. As of May 1, 2011, all new MINDBODY clients automatically receive a Constant Contact account at no cost.

How it Works

Shortly after joining MINDBODY, new clients will receive a welcome email from Constant Contact. (Note: Check your spam filter if you don't receive one.) You'll also receive a temporary Username and Password which you will use to map your clients to your mailing lists, essentially synching our MINDBODY and Constant Contact systems.

You will be able to send unlimited emails and newsletters to up to 500 unique email contacts. If your email list exceeds 500, you will be prompted by Constant Contact to upgrade to the next tier.

You'll receive ongoing coaching and support through Constant Contact to maximize your email marketing program.

When should I send my email?
According to industry email market research, the best days to SEND email campaigns are Tuesday thru Thursday. Up to 25% of your clientele will be more likely to open and read your email blast on these days. To maximize your send days, industry trends also state that 18% of all emails are sent around 9am (PST) followed by 10am (PST), with open click throughs at their highest at 11am (PST). Between these times up to 30% of your clients/customers/prospects are more likely to open your email.
What kind of text drives the increase of click-throughs on my email?
Based on a survey of over 1,000 email recipients:
  • 54%: Featured Products or Services
  • 40%: Actual written copy
  • 35%: Subject line
  • 33%: Discount/Promotion offers
  • 12%: Large image placed on your campaign

What should I include on my email, newsletter or promotional blast?
