  • Aia Stinnett, Director of Merchant Accounts

    Aia Stinnett

    At 17-years-old Aia joined the National Guard while still in High School. She completed her military training the following year after her High School graduation and served part time in the National Guard for the next 2 years. In 2001 she began a full-time career with the Army National Guard. In 2006, after nine exciting years of service, she left as a Staff Sergeant.

    During her time in the Army, Aia had the opportunity to see and do many interesting things: she worked in Military Intelligence; worked in the California Recruiting and Retention Command; ensured the security of laptop computers of four districts of the California Army National Guard Recruiting Command; conducted extensive soldier training on software and network programs; completed two Temporary Duty assignments to Japan in a bilateral training program (Yama Sakura); and was the Squad Leader and acting Platoon Sergeant for between 15 and 40 soldiers for an engineering unit near Port Hueneme, CA.

    Aia joined the MINDBODY Team the month following her exit from the service. She is excited to use her military experience to lead the Merchant Accounts Department to meet the growing digital transaction processes of MINDBODY Clients. MINDBODY's Core Values, including "Purpose Driven", "Humble & Helpful","Caring & Happy", "Committed to Wellness","Environmentally Conscious", and "Continuously Evolving" speak strongly to Aia's personal values. She is thrilled to grow with a company that is improving the health and wellness of the world through mutually-beneficial actions every single day.

    She also loves creating digital art, mountain biking, Pilates, chess, paintball, charcoal drawing and traveling. Some of her favorite places to visit include: Japan, Kauai, Venice, Rome, and most of all, Barcelona. Next on her list to go see are: Chile, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Iceland, Greece, Bali, and New Zealand.

  • Katie Smith , Merchant Account Sales Coordinator

    Katie Smith

    Katie was born and raised in Northern California and relocated to San Luis Obispo in September 2004 to attend Cal Poly University. After graduating with a BS in Social Sciences with a concentration in Education in 2009, Katie returned to the Bay Area to work for a commercial real estate investment and property management company. Following 2 years in the Bay Area Katie realized she missed the beauty and pace of San Luis Obispo and joined MINDBODY as the Merchant Account Sales Coordinator in September 2011.

    Katie hopes to use the experience she gained in the Bay Area to help support the growing Merchant Account Sales team. MINDBODY’s commitment to wellness, the environment and teamwork directly correspond with both her personal and professional goals, and she is excited to work for such a growing, vibrant company.

    Katie was a competitive roller skater for 11 years, and switched her focus to running shortly after attending the National Championships in Lincoln Nebraska shortly before attending Cal Poly. Katie can often be found walking her dog Roxy downtown, running through SLO, reading and watching football during her spare time.

  • Amber Sandoval, Merchant Account Sales Specialist

    Amber Sandoval

    Central Coast native Amber Sandoval has been surrounded by yogis, surfers, and small business owners her whole life. Consequently, it wasn't a surprise that after some traveling and a life far away, she came back to live and continue her career in the place she's always called home. After all, SLO is the happiest place on earth, right!

    A graduate of the University of Hawaii's Shidler College of Business with a degree in Marketing, it was Amber's interest and experience in marketing, running small businesses and teaching yoga that led her to MINDBODY. With headquarters in SLO, Amber couldn't ask for more... a life on a beach working for a growing company in a small community is any surfer/yogi/musician's dream. Amber has been onboard with MINDBODY since 2007. Before MINDBODY, she spent many years managing surf retail, jumping up and down in the waves for summer surf camps, and catering events for the who's who of Honolulu.

    Amber is proud to be a MINDBODIAN. The company's commitment to wellness, focus on teamwork, and core-values fit perfectly with both her personal and professional goals. Even more, the products and services are awesome and she uses the software to run her yoga business as well! When Amber's not busy selling merchant accounts, you can usually find her playing music, enjoying the outdoors, or teaching yoga at mBODY Yoga SLO.

  • Cory Richison, Merchant Account Sales Specialist

    Cory Richison

    Cory Richison grew up in Atascadero, California and has lived there a majority of his life. He attended Patten University in Oakland, California, where he majored in Business Management and minored in Biblical Studies. While attending college he played second and third base on the baseball team. He is an easy going person who enjoys snowboarding, surfing, and pretty much anything else involving the outdoors. He is an active member of Calvary SLO and plans to be a full-time missionary in the future.

  • Helya Naghibi, Merchant Account Sales Specialist

    Helya Naghibi

    Helya was introduced to MINDBODY in 2009 as an intern in the IT department. After she finished her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (emphasizing in Information Systems) at Cal Poly in June of 2010, she decided to come back and became a full time employee in the Merchant Accounts department.

    She loves the SLO town life because it has so much to offer. From hiking and biking to great food and people, it keeps her very busy. When she's not working, she's probably training. She will be running the Wildflower Triathlon for the second time this coming May and is very excited to participate as an Alumni of the Cal Poly Triathlon Team. Her love for travel also keeps her motivation high. She is constantly thinking of ways to see the world and has been to 9 countries so far including: Denmark, England, France, Italy, Turkey, Spain, Iran, Mexico, and Panama.

    She is excited to be a part of such an amazing young company that incorporates wellness and technology in the way they do business, like she does her life.

  • Holly Bromby, Merchant Account Sales Specialist

    Holly Bromby

    Holly was raised here on the central coast of California. After high school she moved to Lake Tahoe, CA and while loving most things about the snow (especially the snowboarding), she didn't like to have to shovel it so she moved to Monterey, CA and spent nearly ten years there. In order to fulfill her love of the outdoors she has also spent time working in the National Parks including Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, and Channel Islands. However, longing for the "SLO" lifestyle again, she has finally moved back to the central coast and joined the MINDBODY team. With her college work, colorful work history and passion for helping people, her skills and talents apply directly to the work she does with MINDBODY.

    Holly's time outside of the office is spent mostly out of doors camping, mountain biking and fishing. While indoors she likes to cook, sew, play pool and darts, attempt to play the guitar, and take yoga classes. She loves traveling, spending time with her family and friends, BBQ's on the weekends and being at the beach as much as possible. Holly is thrilled to be back "home" and looks forward to many wonderful years with her new family at MINDBODY.

    Selling processing through the software is what I do day in and day out here at MINDBODY. I try to educate clients on the options they have in terms of processing credit cards and the rates associated with doing so. I do a lot of comparing our rates to other processors out there in the processing world and find MINDBODY to have some of the most competitive rates out there. I love educating our clients on how the processing world works and how much more they gain through processing with MINDBODY and through our software compared to trying to use a separate company (our software is just not the same without the processing features). My name is Jessica Feltman and I'm a merchant account processing sales specialist who has been with MINDBODY for over 2.5 years and now work remotely from the beautiful island of Oahu!! I love what I do and believe passionately about the industry we serve.

    I started dancing at the age of 4 and continued to pursue an education and career in dancing. I traveled and performed around the US and China dancing at a very young age with the Civic Ballet of San Luis Obispo. I got an agent at 16 and started working in LA on commercials, movies, and whatever I could get my hands on. I then went to UC Santa Barbara and got my Bachelors in dance in 3 years ( I was on a fast track). After college I auditioned for lots of projects in the dance world and finally landed one as a contestant on Step it Up and Dance! on Bravo TV. I then got certified in pilates and taught pilates and dance in Southern California. I didn't last long in the over populated SO CAL and moved back home to my beloved SLO town to be closer to family and nature. I found MINDBODY and fell in love.

    I do yoga. I do pilates. I dance. I don't own a car so I walk for miles and miles. I run. I surf. I boogie board. I swim. I hike. I love collecting shells and sitting on the beach. I love wine and cheese and good for me fruits and veggies! I enjoy music and people and having a good time. I love family, friends and people in general. I love nature and animals and am a vegetarian. I LOVE getting massages and facials and treating the body right!! Working out and taking care of my body, mind and soul are so important to me and my well-being. Treating the environment right and the animals and plants that live around us right are also very important to me and causes that I hold very close to my heart. I love life, what else can I say =)

  • Matt Carrasco, Merchant Account Sales Specialist

    Matt Carrasco

    Matt was born and raised in Oakland, California. In 2005, he moved to San Luis Obispo to attend Cal Poly State University where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Management. Matt joined MINDBODY part-time in 2008 as a Sales Associate while attending Cal Poly. In June of 2009, he moved to full-time as a member of Merchant Accounts Department. Matt is crazy about sports, both as a fan and participant. His favorite teams are the San Francisco 49ers and Oakland A's. He also enjoys golfing, hiking, relaxing on beautiful beaches of the Central Coast, and spending time with his family.

  • Megan Stevens, Merchant Account Sales Specialist

    Megan Stevens

    Megan is a fourth year Liberal Studies major with a Biology minor at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. School has driven Megan to this point in her life, and she couldn't be happier about the path her life has taken.

    Originally, Megan is from Ventura, two hours south of San Luis Obispo; and throughout high school she lived at the beach in Oxnard. In Oxnard, she enjoyed surfing before school, and now in San Luis she often finds herself going to the lake for wakeboarding instead. Ventura was an amazing place to grow up, however she hopes to travel before returning to any one place.

  • Jennifer Anderson, International Merchant Accounts Specialist

    Jennifer Anderson

    Jennifer has lived most of her life in San Luis Obispo, California with the exceptions of Texas and Alaska. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, but kept exploring her possibilities. To be closer to her family she moved to Olympia, Washington and began working successfully for AutoTrader.com where she provided customer support, training, marketing and advertising for her clients. The beauty of the Central Coast and her fiancé brought her back to San Luis Obispo. In her spare time Jennifer enjoys being at the lake or beach, "learning" to ride dirt bikes, hiking, working out, working in the yard and reading.

    Jennifer is delighted to join the MINDBODY team. She is happy to be with a young, growing company in the health and wellness field. She is anxious to help clients make their business successful.

  • Alicia Howard, International Merchant Accounts Specialist

    Alicia Howard

    Alicia grew up in the Santa Cruz Mountains surrounded by redwoods, instilling in her a love for the natural beauty of the outdoors. In high school she moved with her family to the majestic continent of Africa where she attended boarding school in Kenya overlooking the Rift Valley.

    During term breaks from school she spent her time in Madagascar with her family, getting to experience life in rural villages, coastal towns, and the capital city of Antananarivo. Through this experience Alicia developed a love for cultures and languages which led her to pursue a degree in Modern Languages and Literature at Cal Poly.

    After living on the Central Coast for 6 years, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with MINDBODY and stay in beautiful San Luis Obispo. She is especially excited to be part of the International MAP team with her love for other countries of the world.

    In her free time Alicia loves to hike, create art, travel, camp, go on adventures with her boyfriend, and spend time with her family and friends.

  • Tricia Collins, Merchant Account Support Manager

    Tricia Collins

    Tricia grew up in the small, rural town of Tulare California. She graduated from California State University, Northridge in May 2003 with her B.S. in Geology. For a short time, Tricia worked in the industry before attending Humboldt State University for her Masters degree. After one water-logged year in Humboldt County, Tricia decided to take a break from the rain and visit her brother in Morro Bay. The beautiful weather, family, love and incredible job opportunity prompted her to change her summer visit into a permanent move.

    Tricia loves living and working in the San Luis Obispo area. She believes in a strong connection between the body, mind, spirit and nature. Her love of geology keeps her active outdoors, camping and hiking and "close to nature". Tricia also enjoys swimming, yoga and quality time with family and friends. Her job at MINDBODY affords her the opportunity to work with people and businesses that promote healthy lifestyles and overall wellness.

  • Alejandro Del Rio, Merchant Accounts Support Specialist

    Alejandro Del Rio

    Alex grew up in Salinas, California and relocated to San Luis Obispo in 2005 to attend Cal Poly's Engineering school. He joined MINDBODY in August of 2008 as a Tech Support Specialist. He worked part time while attending college. Alex completed a BS in Electrical Engineering in the winter of 2009. Upon graduation Alex decided to pursue a fulltime position as a Merchant Support Specialist. Alex is very excited to be a part of company that is very dynamic and responsive to customers' needs.

    Alex loves hiking, music (English, Spanish and any other language), Indie Films, playing chess and from time to time you will find him reading a book.

  • Jenna Wallravin, Merchant Accounts Support Specialist

    Jenna Wallravin

    Jenna is a local girl, born and raised in Atascadero. After high school she moved to Santa Rosa to go to the Jr. College but returned home just 2 short years later. She moved to San Luis Obispo about 2 years ago and loves it.

    Jenna joined MINDBODY in November of 2010 as a member of the Merchant Accounts Support Team. She really enjoys working in Customer Service and helping clients get what they need, when they need it. She feels that working in the MAP department will challenge her daily and allow her to learn new things daily and work with all different types of clients. She is very excited to be a part of a company that is passionate about keeping our earth clean, volunteering, setting their employees up for success.

    Jenna enjoys doing anything social. She considers herself a people person and really thrives in an environment filled with friends and family. She is a true believer of the phrase "Everything happens for a reason" and likes to learn from any experience whether it is good or bad.

    She enjoys volunteering in the community; she does this mainly through the local Young Professionals Networking Group (YPNG). Volunteering allows her to meet new people who are passionate about the same things as she is and pushes her to be a stronger, more creative, more passionate person.

    In her free time, when she is not volunteering, she enjoys, being a make-up artist, baking (especially cupcakes), throwing parties and entertaining her friends and family.

  • Michael Koch , Merchant Accounts Support Specialist

    Michael Koch

    Michael was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. He excelled as a basketball player and was able to earn a scholarship to Park University in Parkville MO. He graduated from Park with his BS in Computer Science. Right out of school he worked for a company called TouchNet Information Systems where he was a technical support technician.

    Michael is a big fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals. He take pride in supporting teams that are consistently terrible so that he can truly appreciate it if they ever become successful. He no longer plays basketball and has turned his attention to learning to play golf, which is turning out to be quite the endeavor. Michael enjoy running and staying fit and is excited to be able to spend time at the beach.

    Michel felt like he needed to experience life outside of Kansas City and the Midwest. After surviving the negative temperatures during winter and the triple digit heat during summer for 26 years, he decided he would really enjoy living in an warm weather area. He also has always wanted to leave near the Ocean. He was lucky enough to find an area that fit all those needs in San Luis Obispo. Michael is excited to be living here in California now and especially excited to be a member of the MINDBODY team.

  • Troy Leavens, Merchant Account Support Specialist

    Troy Leavens

    Originally from San Diego, Troy found himself connected to San Luis Obispo in a few ways. He really enjoyed coming up to San Luis to visit his older sister while she attended Cal Poly and said that he would love to move here 'someday'. He got his wish, when after receiving his Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University, his "someday" came.

    His beautiful wife Annie, whom he met while in college, had grown up in the area and easily convinced him to relocate to the Central Coast. He has only lived on the Central Coast for about two years but has definitely fallen for the SLO life and its wonderful people.

    Troy is really excited to be working for such a fun-loving company like MINDBODY who has its roots firmly planted in San Luis Obispo.

    In their down time, Troy and Annie enjoy spending time with their dog, Oliver. He is also an avid sports fan, with football being the favorite.
