Danielle Murphy, Welcome Team Manager

Danielle hails from Northern California - the East Bay Area to be exact. She grew up in a town called San Ramon, but decided to relocate to San Luis Obispo to begin her higher education… and never left. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Business degree and concentrations in Marketing and International Management. She also minored in French, which was really just an excuse to study abroad. She was able to do this for one year in Rouen, France, where she studied international business, French, and mastered the art of wine and cheese consumption.

Danielle joined the MINDBODY team as a receptionist. That was back in 2006, when MINDBODY had just switched from desktop to online software and clients were counted in the hundreds, not thousands. Danielle’s MINDBODY career path has included positions in reception, tech support, and marketing. Today, you can find her back in the Customer Service department, managing MINDBODY’s software training program, affectionately called the Welcome Team.

People tend to like Danielle because she is polite, and rarely late (that’s actually not very true… but it is a quote from one of her favorite movies, Anchorman). She secretly likes it when people call her "Murph," and also enjoys: San Luis Obispo weather, traveling, swimming, watching baseball, accessorizing, and working at MINDBODY, Inc.
