Summary

The MINDBODY software specialist will be responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities to increase market share in existing MINDBODY industries. As a software sales specialist you must be able to articulate and clearly explain the benefits of MINDBODY Software and our SaaS delivery Methodology. You must possess the necessary motivation and drive to over achieve defined sales goals particularly in areas deemed high growth.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 year experience preferably in Software Sales or Health & Wellness arena.
  • Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher)
  • Exposure to Health & Wellness either as an enthusiast or teacher.
  • Knowledge of web technologies or web savvy.
  • Excellent presentation skills to groups and ability to communicate at the executive level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated career stability.

General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to professionally manage work schedule to realize highest ROI on effort, be able to execute on MBO Sales Strategy and new initiatives to drive growth and support exceeding of MBO sales goals.
  • Be able to lead web meetings to demonstrate MINDBODY Software capabilities to prospects and clearly articulate benefits.
  • Convert Prospects into MINDBODY Subscribers using MBO Sales Automation Tools (e.g. forecasting, sales funnel management, prospect interactions), ability to use Microsoft suite to enhance presentation materials.
  • Develop key value propositions and expertise around structuring software deals.
  • Analyze & Communication the Role of MINDBODY's proprietary technology in the current business environment for health & Wellness businesses.
  • Create and Submit cost/request for proposals that highlight the challenges business are facing and how MINDBODY will address these functions to provide efficiencies.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends & challenges which owners face within the MINDBODY verticals.
  • Ability to meet face-to-face with potential customers and manage the following phases to secure a software sale: Discovery Plase, Analyze Software Model Phase, Consultation Phase
  • Be able to Travel to support MINDBODY's Strategic Business Plans.
