Reception, Technical Support, and Account Management

(All those hired begin in reception, which is part of our 4 week training program, and move forward to departments that suit their skills and aspirations.)

Customer Service Job Duties include:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct appropriately.
  • Provide software support to clients.
  • Provide hardware support for hardware purchased through MINDBODY (receipt printers, barcode label printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners, etc)
  • Provide training to new clients so that they can set up and use the software for their business.
  • Follow up with clients after training calls to ensure they are happy with services provided.
  • Answer support emails.

What we look for in candidates:

  • Comfortable using computers and the internet.
  • Ability to learn new software easily. Regardless of your position, you will be required to learn the software that we sell to our clients. We provide training, but an analytical mind and comfort with computers is key.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Responsible, friendly, and cheerful attitude.
  • Highly motivated, well organized self-starter
