Automated Test Developer (San Luis Obispo, CA)

Summary
The Automated Test Developer(s) work alongside the Automated Regression Test Coordinator. They work on automating test cases for regression tests of the MINDBODY software.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Occasionally write test cases
- Write programs to automate browser activity
- Test and maintain existing software
- Fix bugs
- Perform code reviews
- Create documentation
- Assist new development team members with their understanding of the MINDBODY software
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
- Ideally possess proficient skills utilizing the following technologies:
- Web Development Experience (HTML, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, ASP/ASP.NET, .NET Web Services)
- Software Programming Experience ( Java, C# )
- Ability to work part-time.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work within the appropriate level of independence.
- Makes good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment; all in a timely manner.
- Looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers.
- Strong drive for results.
